Our family always trys to buy Locally. I understand Ill pay more and willing to pay 15-20% more for the same products. I recently bought some hot tub chemicals at this business and thought at the time it seemed excessive so thought Id check online for a comparison. Boy was I shocked! I did bring the cost difference to the owners attention but he didnt care and said thats what he charges. I was courteous but still shocked at the difference in the exact same product. $36 vs $60 is a huge difference! Just an FYI
Very helpful and very nice. Highly recommended if you need help with your pool. Small town shop so prices are a bit high but worth the assistance.

Great family owned business! We knew nothing about being pool owners when we bought our house with a pool 5 years ago. We called and told them that, and they came out and closed it for us while the owner, Jason, explained everything they were doing. They have always been so friendly and helpful in answering all our questions. We have been happy customers for 5 seasons now! Can’t imagine any other pool company could measure up! 💙

Cicero Pool and Spa has nice people that work for them, but their communication with customers is poor.They were supposed to fix our aging hot tub this summer. After calling to schedule the appointment in mid May, they informed me they would need to get back to me about scheduling due to Covid. I received an email stating they could fix my spa mid June. I asked to be put on the schedule. I emailed them again this week June 22nd, with no response. I called them in the morning, during business hours, no answer- I had to leave a message. They called me back late in the day to inform me they can not fix my hot tub.I understand this is a difficult time in our community, but better communication leads to better patience and understanding. We are now frustrated because we waited so long- over a month and a half- only to be told we need to call someone else. I am hoping we have better luck with someone else.
Super honest team at Cicero Pool
I would never ever use Cicero Pool and spa in 2019 they damaged our pool heater did not rectify and again in 2020 cut our pool liner and all they could do was put a white patch on a blue pool liner I even called the manager and told them not to send a certain employee to our home to our shock they did it anyway and after talking to the owner he told me he made that call without calling us even though this is our home and I totally understand where the employees get their abrasive and rudeness from between getting our heat pump fixed from a hole in the coil as well as now needing to get our pool liner replaced total cost over $5500 dollars and guess what Cicero pools paid of that they said they were going to eat the cost for sending out their employee to open our pool which he couldnt do because the water level was below the skimmer .Please please !!!!!!! Do not let Cicero Pools service anything you own not even your port-a-pottyThank youThe Palmers
