I love Silver furniture for delivery because those guys are great! This time I did a pick up, and the associate asked me “where did you park?” and I told him right in front (as he was trying to pause his YouTube video- he was watching futurama) . He used his dolly and told me he wasn’t going past the door. I asked to use the dolly and wheel it to my car myself (which was steps from the door). He did wheel it out but only left it in front of my trunk... he didn’t even want to help lift it up with me... Guess he wanted to get back to watching Futurama!

The attention that the staff gave us was impecable. The store is clean and has a great variety of furniture with reasonable prices. The furniture is also very sturdy and of great quality. I 100% recommend buying furniture from this store.

Customer service sucked my furniture delivery date was pushed back no one called I had to call them and no one could give me a date and just said come get your money back for the ottomans now I’m stuck with half the furniture

Well they come off as nice salemen when you walk in. Clams to give Law Enforcement 10% off. Oh yeah but no 10% off if you finance. Depending on what salesperson you get you get quoted a different price.😎👍👍👍👎👎

We came into the beautiful store, where Fernando patiently helped my Disabled U S Veteran brother and I, pick out a great thirteen piece living room set at a most reasonable pricing! After going to 8 different furniture stores we finally found the perfect sectional at the perfect price! Silver/Milwaukee furniture has a wonderful staff, nice faculty and prices you cant beat! They have excellent customer service. Emad, the sales manager was very welcoming and explained everything in great detail so we were able to understand everything very well. We did purchase 2 sofas and are very happy with the price. They have a lot of sales and if you don’t like anything that they have in store he has a lot more furniture to look at in the catalog. Living in the city, its hard to find a good furniture store. My ps live in down town So I decide to take a stroll to Silver Furniture in Cicero. I was amazed by the huge show room and good selection of furniture. I ended up buying a queen sized bed with memory foam.The salesman I had was very helpful, to the point and No BS when it came to pricing. I bought the bed that day and just had the bed delivered today. They delivery guys where super fast and they had the bed assembled in less than 15 minutes.All in all Im very happy with my experience with Silver Furniture!

I bought a bed set on Tuesday they delivered and set up the next day. My bed and dresses are very nice and they are name brand mattress and furniture. And a good price too. The people that work there are all nice and helpful and the delivery guys are nice too. I will buy more furniture from them in the future.

Amed at Silver helped us identify a great sofa bed quickly with their large touch screen catalog, gave us a great price, and had the item delivered to us in just a week (it was originally going to be 2-3 weeks since the sofa was out of stock).I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a great customer experience overall.

I purchased cabinets from Jay at this store and I am very pleased with the purchase. The cabinets look very nice for a very nice price. Although everything did not come off with a hitch, as with anything, Jay was very accommodating and even came out to my house when I needed to change the schematic. He was passionate about how the cabinets would fit and look in my kitchen, and he helped with the drafting of the design so that I can have a clear idea of how the cabinets should look. There were a few misunderstandings, but Jay worked very hard to ensure that we had what we needed. If you shop here, PLEASE dont allow a bad encounter with an employee get you discouraged. Jay really does take pride in his customers and his reputation, and he will definitely work to find a solution to any mishaps.

I bought a bed set back in March now the frame is broken. I’ve called to talk to Joe who is apparently the only one that can do anything with damages. He wanted pictures I emailed him 3 different times and they don’t seem to receive it. My husband went to the store on his day off which is the weekend and the worker couldn’t do anything because joe is not there. REALLY? You can’t take copies of the pictures or make sure they’re are received through email to show joe? Nope they advised him to go in M-F 11 to 2 to speak to joe directly, but they are not sure if he’ll for sure be there so call. That’s promising! The main sales man pushes and pushes the products and makes promises about if anything is wrong they’ll fix it but yet are making me jump through hoops just for joe to acknowledge there is a damages! I am a returning customer but after this experience I rather just go to the actual Ashely’s store because although there customers service skills aren’t the best whenever there is a problem with their product they fix it!
