I have had to drive out here for the 3rd time, and no one is here. The shop was supposed to be open at 8am and it’s 8:22m. No one is answering their phone. I was supposed to pick up a starter a couple of days ago and they said they would have it when I arrived. I drove an hour and got to the shop, and they told me to give them an hour. I had to go to work, so I came back after work. Once I went to replace the part, I realized it was the wrong starter. Now I am here to replace it, and no one is here or answering their phones. I let them know I was coming as well, but none the less, they should be open when they advertise they will be open. A lot of wasted time, and I paid for a starter that won’t work.

Cool? If you need starter, alternators, etc, you can get them relatively inexpensive here!

Excellent price point. They rebuilt an alternator while I waited, around 15 or so minutes. With a 1 year warranty, you cant beat it. Dont buy a Chinese rebuild, buy local, let them rebuild it. 2 year follow-up. I put that alternator in my brothers Explorer. Its still working fine and no issues 2 years later.

Dont waste your money on new alternators and batteries, go to SALOMON and get what you need for a fraction of the cost plus 1 year warranty.

Dont go to them, i called & spoke with Miquel, he said alternator was in stock for 85.00, arrived 30 mins later, NOT IN STOCK, then i visit the other location on 25th/Pulaski, they said 245.00, Do i look like a damn fool??. I ended up going to 4929 W Grand, great people, paid 98.00 with 1yr warranty

I called them 3 times before coming in. Asked if they accept credit cards and they said yes we do. Asked the price and he said 70$ flat so i get there and he tells me 70$ plus tax plus 20$ for the core and then tells me credit card machine is broke . i called and talked to them 3 times before spending 40$ on a uber. What a waste of time and money.

Went in looking for an alternator for a diesel VW. The first Valeo pulled off the shelf didnt match any of the part numbers recommended for my car so i told them i needed to check with my mechanic real quick, at which point the guy got visibly upset and started pulling the tired if youre not spending money i have to go routine. Mechanic answered within five minutes and the alternator was OK, so i ended up paying with someone else who worked in the shop. They honored the money back for my old unit a few days later but i was really put off with his attitude towards a customer questioning his recommendations. Probably will use other sources in the future.

Mistakes happen i get it we all make mistakes i tried them once and part never got here till next day talk about we dint write your address though id give them second chance never got part they called we are on our way 15 min prior to closing our shop just excuses and bad communication loosing time and making us look bad with customers waiting.

I took an alternator to see if they had a repaired or new one, they told me they were going to repair mine, IThey said that in an hour it would be ready, return 3 hours later and it was not ready, wait at the place because they were already going to close, then they leave with that they were not going to repair it because they did not have some parts and they gave it to me without the screws., I do not recommend

Economic pressure and the best one year of guarantee that elsewhere they only give 6 months. Oh they give it to 75 very cheap.
