Can’ t get over the wonderful and detailed attention from Dr. Walter Kelly Jr. and all done with such a great sense of humor. The patience with my sister and I as he diligently searched sounds and speech to get the correct tone and pitch for our hearing aid… Thank You, Dr Kelly Jr.!!! We are again hearing sounds that had been lost and are not constantly say huh or what!!! A Big Smile in our face and the wonder of once more been into normalcy…. 🤪😜🥰

Walter was very patient and kind with my elderly mother who was a bit anxious about having her hearing tested. Her new hearing aids have greatly improved our lives! Not knowing anyone in the San Diego area for referrals, I felt so fortunate that our first choice for help with my husbands hearing aides worked out so well. Walter Kelly is really easygoing and effective. We didn’t feel like we were another mark for thousands of dollars of the latest hearing technologies.The old Oticon was too old and we gratefully learned that we didn’t have to buy a new 3,000 dollar device.
