We special ordered vinyl plank from this store. We just received the product and it turned out looking great. Tile n store force initially told me the manufacturer would be in stock in a week but it turned out to be about 1.5 weeks late BUT i always received an answer to all of my follow up texts and phone calls. The salesperson also offered to refund me if i didn’t want to wait any longer.Word of advice: i suggest you do your research before entering this store and call around to check for best pricing and bring those prices back to see if these guys can beat the other stores pricing.I am not trying to say they don’t have basic knowledge but these guys are always busy and are always taking orders and/or fulfilling orders on a regular basis.Also, ask all questions before purchasing and read the fine print. For example: Ask about wear layer, width and length of plank.The store appears small from the front but they have many many samples from granite, quartz counter tops, ceramic and porcelain indoor tile for flooring, bath and backsplash to concrete, decorative landscape tiles.I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of vinyl plank samples they had. The only samples they had were the large advertising plank variations so they required i give them a refundable $40 check but i was able to bring home 6 samples to get a better idea of color in my home.Long story short: we are very happy with our purchase.Thank you

...all in all not a bad option for Tile & Stone in the South Bay given their inventory,,, if it wasnt for the warehouse person... The guy is rude, presumptuous and seems pretty much not happy doing his job there,,, specially on Saturday afternoons... Oh well,,, I guess theres other places to go to...

I was promised a call back regarding prices the next day. never received a call. When i called, Gilbert was rude and would not let me speak to the person i originally spoke to. He promised he would call me instead with prices. he never did. i called again, same story, he never called. i would not trust this place.
