Owners are extremely nice! They remember you and always greet you with a smile and ask how you’re doing. They really care about their customers. On my first visit to this store I was looking for an item in a flavor I really like and usually buy at other places. I didn’t see the flavor so I asked the owner (wife) if they ever carried the flavor I was looking for. She said they didn’t carry it but immediately called her husband (owner) and asked him if they could order the flavor I liked. He said they could order for me and they would have item within next day or two. They absolutely delivered on the promise of carrying a new product simply because I let them know how much I liked it. They definitely made me feel special by going out of their way to provide a product they previously did not carry and now they always have them in stock for me and anyone else that happens to enjoy the same item and flavor.If you do ask them to order/carry and item, thank them by returning to the store to buy the item(s) requested.👧🏻🐶 😃

I’ve been to many stores in Chula Vista but the first time I walked to this store, I felt so welcomed and was greeted professionally . This is a family establishment and they know what it takes to make a customer feel like family . Mark his wife and the son are super duper sweet.

NEVER open at the time they say they open and they are a bunch of rip offs !!!

There is plenty of close parking in front on the side and behind the store. When I spend the money I earn, customer service is extremely important to me. I would like to leave feeling it matters to them whether I shop there or not. Im very picky and am the type of person that will drive farther for that type of service that when you walk in the door they say....Hello Michelle! How are you today? Or the sales rep on the floor that actually takes you over to where the product is you asked for rather than point and keep walking....or the cashier that rings me up all the time says....did you know the soda you like is on sale ? Would you like me to have someone get you a six pack? I have shopped here over 20 years. Mark and his wife (and son) strive to provide A+ customer service, competitive low prices and if they do not carry what you want, tell them and of course it has to be within reason and their discretion but if Mark can get it for you, he will! THATS why I shop there and YOU should too! I just feel I should say....( If you ask for him to stock it pls make sure to come back to buy it ...HAVE FUN!
