I used to be a Partner at Starbucks, so trust me when I say that this is the location you want to go to!!Im consistently impressed with their speed, attentiveness, and friendliness. Its pretty normal for people to have bad days, but no one here seems to ever let it affect their level of service.Sergio in particular is FANTASTIC!! I actually contacted Starbucks corporate to give my praise for his service, and Ive never felt compelled to do that in all my life!I work from home, and Ive been to probably every Starbucks in a 40 km radius at this point, and this one is the best 😁😁

Barristers know their craft and treat customers well. The staff is excitingly polite and make yiu feel comfortable if youre new to the Starbucks place as I was. I am hooked and love the Cafe Mocha Latter with Soy milk!

Bro are you serious? I had ordered two frapps with special requests. One with mocha and caramel drizzle on top and the other with just caramel drizzle. At first they didnt hear but I clarified what i had asked for and they even repeated it back to me so i know they got it right. Despite this, they still missed to add the other drizzle on the first drink. The second one i had asked for just caramel drizzle on top. But then handed me a little cup with the caramel. I was really confused at first but then I noticed i had to drizzle it on myself lmfao. Cant follow simple directions.

Horrible service, the lady with short hair in the drive thru always in a rush and dont care about customer service. Our order was basically just shoved in the bags, bread was all crumbled and a mess.

Music excessively loud. I had practically yell to place my order and couldnt really talk to my husband without raising my voice. I guess the employees dont really want people to enjoy their coffee in a relaxing way.

Nice and spacious on the inside with plenty of seating. The baristas are very nice, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because some odd people do come in here (some homeless) and were fighting and acting strange. (Not much the staff can do I know) but other then that a great statbucks, one of the baristas even went around handing out cute little samples and they were constantly always cleaning up tables. Will definitely be back

Cashier talked to customer in front of me for a long time about personal stuff. I was quite annoyed to have to wait so long with only one person ahead of me.

Although theres a long drive thru line, the staff moves quickly to make sure no one waits too long, and it gives me time to look through the menu online (I never order the same thing)

I Visit every morning before work, at 5:30am and the crew is great they are my favorite people in the morning. Not only is there service fast and friendly they get to know there customers and know what they like, and thats the part i enjoy about my visit . If i ask them to surprise me with something different im never let down . Im a 7 days a week customer thank you guys for starting my day off right not just with coffee but with the good VIBES

Nice, clean facility. Extremely helpful staff. Good variety of coffees, teas, pastries, etc. Easy in and out access from nearby streets. Would definitely consider returning to this facility in the near future.

Super friendly staff. All of them work well together. And they know my drinks perfectly well. My favorite is Morning coffee with honey, vanilla bean powder, cream, and sprinkle of cinnamon to go with my Cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks Every day to get my caramel frappe with my banana nut bread I went three days ago and paid with a $20 bill and didn’t get my change Back $13 bucks . I went back the next day to get my coffee again and spoke to a manager about my change she said call tomorrow and I will let you know. I called back the next day and she says manager had to leave call back tomorrow but at the same time I’m speaking to a manager and she can’t do anything about it so unprofessional !!!

Ive been coming through the drive thru about 6 out of 7 days a week since the COVID shutdowns started. The line moves fast, the baristas never seem annoyed to be working, and my drink always comes out great! (Quad shot over ice in a grande cup, with light cream). A lot of places burn the shots but even when the drive thru is busy, my drink comes out great. I never remember their names, but I enjoy every interaction I have while waiting T the window for my drink to come out. 5/5! Thanks for serving our community in this time of limited options!

This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Starbucks is usually a good experience, first its configuration is horrible. Decided to to do the drive through and the line was long.. So I assumed there was a good reason for it. (I was wrong, ) Went there with a few family members. My Brother in law wanted a Sparkling Berry Sangria herbal tea, they claimed the sparkling machine was broken, So we Ordered it without the sparkling and then they said it was only a seasonal flavor no longer available... Even though its available according to the Starbucks Website. So instead, we ordered a Shaken Iced passion tango Tea But instead, we where given a Lemon aide version.... We also ordered Iced cinnamon almond milk macchiato it had a weird taste witch made it undrinkable, witch we later identified as burnt coffee. Since we did the drive through, we did not go back for a refund... Like I said, usually Starbucks is great, I would say avoid this location. No pictures.. i was very upset.

Helpful staff, the paninis are delicious and filling as are all of their drinks and my favorite, the frappuccinos. By the way, sign up for Starbucks reward card and earn points to use toward future purchases.

Starbucks is always good stuff, but people always pay high dollar for the frappuccinos, basically diabetes in a cup!.lol I always get a quad of espresso with vanilla soy milk for under $4. Remember you are what you eat! Stay healthy and make best choices

The parking lot is tiny and unidirectional so getting to the drive thru is... challenging. Great service, friendly baristas, and yummy beverages as one would expect of Starbucks

I would give it a no star if I could but its not an option. So about 5 minutes ago I just had the worse drive thru experience with this stores Supervisor supposedly names Vanessa and another employee named Val. They were rude and they didnt know anything about policy. Vanessa literally argued with my friend who is a partner supervisor (and knows policies) and asked for an ID for a refund when in the handbook it says you dont need one. They did not have any knowledge of anything and prices were wrong. Like Wheres accuracy Wheres the knowledge Wheres the customer is first in here. Like they preferred to argue for 10 minutes with my friend for them to just give her the refund. Time was wasted and customers were waiting in line and they didnt care about that. I will call corporate myself tomorrow when they open just to let them know about my experience. They need training big time. I work retail and this attitude was unacceptable. I hope this review helps with better customer service training and policy training. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Its not the usual energy a Starbucks has and both times Ive gone they have messed up the drink. They remake it and its right the second time. I do love their new blonde roast espresso though, very light and less acidic than their normal espresso roast

This is actually one of the better coffee places that are nearby my house. They have excellent WiFi and quiet private seating as well as somewhere to recharge ones phone, however they as of late have placed coded locks on their restrooms (presumably for paying customers) and that seems somewhat inaccessible to someone who may have to desperately go to the bathroom.

Its coffee! No, I do not drink coffee, but they do have some of the best tea around. Black or green with lemonade & a splash or peach or mango (BOTH PLEASE) and I am ready to go!! Good stuff at Starbucks, thanks to every single employee there for always being so nice. However; shake the drinks well to avoid the syrupy mess at the bottom of the cup.

I always go to this Starbucks. Theyre very friendly. But when I opened my drink it was only filled half way. I called and told the manager and they replaced it . And It happened again they next week. Grrr i guess when they rush this happens

Honestly, I dont like Starbucks but U was in a different state for the weekend and wasnt familiar with another local cafe spots but must say that the Barista made it all worthwhile. I dont remember his name but he uses to live in New York.

My old stomping grounds just they got rid of the tables out front where I can watch the traffic see the people passing by and enjoy the beautiful weather I mean honestly I understand why but at the same time I loved my little tables

I just went to drive thru and ordered an extra hot drink. When the employee handed me my coffee, he used 2 hands to hand the coffee to me...like he was afraid it was going to spill even though it had a lid. When I stopped my car to begin drinking my coffee, the lid was ill fitting and it spilled in my car and all over me. It burned my hand and chest! When I tried to better fix the lid, I noticed that the cup rim was bent which is why the lid did not line up! The employee obviously knew this when he was carefully handing me the coffee! Laziness caused injury which causes law suits! Idiot!

They always get my drinks right on the first try and they always taste good! The baristas are fast and friendly, this has been my new favorite Starbucks for a few months now. :)

I spent the afternoon with a friend and her 90 year old mother in the cool Starbucks. We had our lunch there, and I had the best chai latte I ever had. Everybody is great at this Starbucks especially mark who has worked there quite a while. I love my corner Starbucks, I go there quite frequently. So if either drive thru or in service it is the best Starbucks in the area.

Today We purchased two drinks thru the drive-thru. One hot and one iced. My friends drink had a hair in it. He notice it as he was drinking his coffee and a dark brown curly hair came out. It was digusting. They should use hair nets to prevent this. Its very unsanitary.

Service is snappy and the workers are always kind although they can misspell your name (surprise, surprise) I prefer this Starbucks to the one across the street inside the mall.

Just visited this Starbucks and I ordered a grande vanilla bean frappe with 2 shots of espresso, 2 pumps of hazelnut, and java chips. Sadly, I didnt have any vanilla bean in my drink, which is the whole point. So it tastes like blended ice and milk with java chips and espresso. Very dissatisfied with my visit today!

Even with GPS tough place to figure out as its only a drive thru with no parking. Place was busy though with lots of seated customers, and drive-thru-s. My coffee was not good bc staff didnt understand order...thats never happened to me before in a StarbucksThey couldnt seem to grasp the concept of a Breve...poured it out and left.

We had a somewhat complicated order (secret menu frap type drink) and WE made the mistake of not asking for no whipped cream. The drink came out (with whipped cream) and when we noticed and felt like such dummies! We told the barista we messed up and forgot to ask for no whipped cream and she replied with oh no problem. She held the drink over the sink, took off the lid, and flopped the whipped cream off (but definitely not ALL of it) replaced the lid and handed it back to us. We had to ask her to remake it, which she did but it was clearly an annoyance to her. We offered to pay for it since it was our mistake and we were really polite but she seemed annoyed that we wouldnt take the one with the removed whipped cream. Is this common practice at Starbucks to just remove something like that? Like...if we asked for no cheese on a burger at a fast food place would they stand in front of you and pull the cheese slice off? I dont know, I just think its a little weird and Im curious if this is common practice or part of Starbucks training? Otherwise the drink was delicious.

Very disorganized in the morning. I understand theres a lot of cars in the drive-through so its very busy but in-store customers should be given priority. It literally took about 15 minutes to get a regular coffee. Avoid it in the morning.

This is my go to Starbucks when I am visiting my mom. The staff here is always incredibly nice and friendly - given the start time of this branch it is actually impressive.

I wasnt gonna leave a review until I read the others reviews. Theres good people here, real personable. Its a busy spot, so expect some delay for Gods sake. If you want quick coffee go to 7/11 or AM/PM. If you enjoy good coffee just like the rest of us, stop being so entitled and wait it out. Just like morning traffic, maybe leave a little earlier? This goes for any bucks Id think.Happy customer since 2007.

Staff service is OK, parking here is terrible due to the drive thru line backing up and not allowing cars to access spots. The location got a remodel and expanded the inside. Looks nice but then you have all these shady costumers that make you feel uncomfortable.

Best vegan restaurant on the coast. Worth the drive to TJ and the line back. My favorite was the coconut cocktail.

No drive-through. Medium size store... about 3 to 4 tables inside and 4 to 5 outside. Big parking lot so easy to find parking. This location seems to be used quite a bit by business people.

Karinas good is not bad but also not the greatest, it fall in between, service matters a lot when you food falls in that category.Talking about service, I had the taste for seafood and I have tried other Karinas locations, so the turn came for Karinas at eastlake.Waiting for a table wasnt bad 20 minutes, we were told 45 minutes but it actually was 20.I understand that we all do mistakes, but I come from working at the restaurant section for few years, So theres something that I feel servers should do or not do, also I guess we all appreciate good Service in any area.We got the wrong drinks, server took a long time to take our order.Took our order wrong, Good point because the food we asked came right out after it was replaced for the correct order.When we asked for the check it took 25 minutes and then we have go ask again.The check was wrong, yes we got charged for the drinks we didnt order.Bad experience at this Karinas.

Definitely, the worst Starbucks Ive ever visited. No matter if In-store or drive-thru, the waiting game is no fun to play. Its always more than 15 min to get one drink, and most of the time customer service does not make it worthwhile, only 4 workers, one cashier, 2 baristas and one cleaning at turtle pase, and still, not enough to deliver amazing product.
