I love Boba and the have about 20 different flavors and Im going to try them all. I tried Taro and Cantalope My family got Icecream. They sell cookie cakes. Its clean the service was great. No eating inside at this time, the location is at Otay Mall. No curbside pick up. The have a rewards card the 6th item is free.

Customer service needs to be addressed here.Sunday at 5pm. Pretty slow. Maybe 2 other customers in the store.I Asked for an item and they forgot about my order. I had paid for several items. Then they said it was done but not paid for. So i paid after i was called out in front of other customers and my guest, then i was rudely told “if you dont believe me. I can show you the receipt ”They also forgot about the added ice cream to my order. Which again they forgot to charge for.To many chefs i. The kitchen in this place.Its all ok quality. But service here really really sucks.Seems like they have the urgency to give you an order and get you out. What about the experience of the Nestle quality.Smh.

Awful service, we stayed there waiting to order and the girl in the counter just left us there hanging, she kept doing her thing for like more than 5 minute right in front of us without a hello, or I’ll be right with you, and when she did she had this attitude,, so rude

Super good, I had no idea that Tollhouse had its own store. cookies and ice cream really good and I like how you can customize your own ice cream sandwich. I would recommend to come here with your family because its a family time and the mall that it is located in is quite elegant.

Ice Cream 🍪 sandwiches are the best

Its not the best place to get a dessert but if youre not really picky, this place is good to go to. We went there a few times. The first time around, the cookies were dry and made the ice cream sandwich taste bad. That was about a few months ago. We went back and the results were a bit better. Some of the staff were really nice. Others I think were tired and it affected how they worked.We didnt get any food but based on previous reviews, it doesnt look good. I cant give an accurate review because I havent ordered from that part of the menu.

Excellent service & great decorating!

I order two coffee just regular coffees price was $10 95 imagine that amount and in starbucks it cost $2.65 each one I was so upset I paid that amount $10.95 for two regular coffee.

Worst service EVER!!! Im standing in line, ladies in front of me say go ahead because they were taste testing ice cream, I wait no acknowledgement from rest of staff as I wait at counter, then the young lady dismisses me when she gets to the register to ring up the ladies who said go ahead of us. If you dont look like them, youre ignored and treated badly, my money is as good as the next person. I was only there for some cookies!!! Never return.

I think the drinks are a bit expensive, more than Starbucks. I mean I bought a small white mocha for almost $5 and the cup wasnt even full. It was half and the rest was whip cream. The cookies and desserts are ok. They have ice cream too.

Try the boba here. You will be blown away! I love it in here. The decor is super cute, it is a little bit expensive but its a nice treat every once in awhile. I have never had to wait too long in line

I got an ice cream sandwich with a chocolate cookie, which was super hard and dry, and a peanut butter cookie, which was moist and really good, and mint chocolate chip ice cream, which was good. Next time Ill just make sure not to get the chocolate cookies again since they werent good.

I ordered a snickerdoodle and it was really nasty and my daughter had an ice cream and it taste like an old batch. But the Mango lemonade was very good.

5pm, 11/14/15. Ordered a wrap and a panini. My panini came out in a tortilla. The rude sales girl said see, we cut it in half. Thats what makes it a panini. Who ever heard of using a tortilla for a panini? No different than my husbands wrap. It would have been less bothersome if the girl had shown some sort of concern or offered to make something else. Very rude. She also told the couple behind us that they might not want to wait as she has a large order to make. Shes not doing the business any good. Will not be back.
