I cant say enough good things about Select Carpet and it manager Justin and staff. I first met him years ago when he did the flooring for a rental home owner I knew. I could not believe his prices and how communicative and professional his installers were. Since them I have always used him for my properties and refer him to my friends and family. He does have a show room that I have been to once with some clients, however what I like about his company is that I dont have to go to a show room! Anytime I need flooring, I just call him and Justin will personally come out and measure and give a quote for free. I dont even have to be there and he can use a lock box to access a property. Then he will give me a written quote with some options of different types and grades of flooring. Usually I dont have a preference for the flooring other than what is the latest styles and best value. Justin will give me his opinion of what has been selling well and what other customers have been using to help me make a choice. He can drop off samples or email me examples. I know some people love shopping and spending all weekend driving around, but if you are like me and want an amazing price, great customer service, and never have to pay a measurement fee or hassle with a big box store or call a 1-800 number to get a quote, Select Flooring is for you. One last thing to mention is that if ever the flooring was not installed correctly or something needs to be adjusted, Justin has always offered to have his installer come back out and he never makes it a hassle.
