Today I came into AutoZone because it started raining and I realized that my windshield wipers were bad! I walked in and Carlos T. Helped me very quickly and also offered to put the windshield wipers on my car. This store is very helpful especially Carlos P thank you AutoZone I really appreciate it.

The guy that worked there was super cool. Really friendly. I had no idea what I was doing but he totally helped me out. Hes kinda cute too for an old guy 😜

The Autozone on Oxford and Broadway in Chula Vista is my neighbor one stop shop for my car. The customer service there is impecable along with the patience of each employee. Alex and Carlos helped me find the right hoses I needed after I had bought the wrong ones(by my mistake). I can’t see myself going anywhere else for help. Thank you to all the staff there :)

Very polite and most helpful they came outside looked under my hood and knew exactly what part was needed for my mechanic. Good guys an gals working hard here with good attitudes to boot!

Carlos was amazing. I had a bad battery terminal and he was very helpful with doubts and questions. I don’t know much about cars and he gave me peace of mind in my purchase. He even help me change the part outside the store. Definitely my favorite autozone location.

The worst ever, I paid for brake pads at another store which I waited almost 15 minutes to be helped with. Got sent to pick up at this store having paid for them already. They had me wait in line almost 25 minutes because there was only one person at the counter helping people while 3 were walking arround. I asked if they could help me since the other store had just called telling them I’d be picking them up and they rudely denied me assistance and told me I had to wait in line. The worst

I almost walked out of this store because of their absolute terrible customer service. There were four employees, one on the telephone, one helping a customer, and the other two were doing talking. NO ONE acknowledged me standing there until the employee helping a customer came back inside the store, the only employee working, said someone would be right with me. I am a very frequent Auto Zone customer and have been to many of their stores and NEVER has the customer service been this dreadful. To literally be standing in front of their reps waiting to pay for the stuff I was holding in my hands, and have no one say anything to me, is unacceptable!!

Don’t even go here. Employees would rather take phone calls instead of helping customers in the store. I waited over 30 minutes in the front of the line while they talked on the phone about their personal life.

By far this AutoZone is the best! I’ve been to other auto zones that they don’t want to help you and are very rude. Today on 5/30/2020 I went to buy a lightbulb for my White BMW and I came across an employee that was super helpful, great communication, attentive, excellent listening skills and very knowledgeable named Eddy. I also got to meet the manager Carlos I could tell he cares about his customers and his employees. I can tell they have good teamwork super helpful thank you Carlos and Eddy. Veronica💜 I will be coming here now for all my parts and referring this store! Customer service is everything to me and that’s what I got today I left happy thank you!

Awesome customer service! Ive shopped here a number of times. I purchased a set of wipers and an associate, Emilio, was more then happy to put them on for me. When it came time to purchase a new battery, Emilio happened to be there again and helped me select the right battery and he even installed it free of charge. Who does that now a days? I tried to give him a tip for his time and effort but he wouldnt accept. Im happy to leave this review to show my appreciation.
