My overall experience with Videotel and their products has been very positive. My interactions with the Videotel team has been pleasant and professional. I ordered the VP71XD with the IPM+ to use in connection with an Extron control system for a stand alone emergency messaging system. The products came in a well protected and presentable box with all the cables necessary to connect to any system. Also included in the box was a USB drive and SD card! I have never seen that included with any products before. I was able to get the system up and running quickly. I will be using Videotel products again in future projects.

We’re using the VP90 4K media player in the window of our dental clinic, displaying images, messages, and offers on a 4-screen video wall. We’re located in a busy mall so this device allows the ability to communicate to passers-by which is extremely helpful. Our 4-screen video wall is stacked vertically, 4-screens high, and theyre 4k resolution, and there were no easy methods for sending a signal in that configuration. Fortunately, we found the VP90 4K by searching online, and it meets all our digital signage needs. No other player on the market does what it can, so it was an easy decision and were very glad we chose the VP90 4K

The product we purchased is the VP71XD but it’s not for our own. We deployed for one of our client and so far it’s been good. Their purpose is to showcase corporate videos and/or marketing materials. One of the good points about this product is that loaded media will be automatically played once the thumb drive is inserted into the player. And not forgetting the seamless transition between videos/photos, with no disruptive overlay displaying. Would definitely recommend to other clients.
