I was treated very well here. Helped me with multiple shipping questions. Provided shipping tape etc. for free. I spoke with several different ladies and they were very pleasant. Shipping costs are getting super expensive, but that is not the employees fault!
I went there today, 05/06/2021 about at 5:00 PM. As soon as I walked the lady with dark blue uniform looked at me and literally said: what do you want? ...I explained that I have sent the email, my daughters birthday invitations and wanted them to be printed. First, she was not able to find the email. Second, she says: I can not help you, we have lots of things to do and I dont have time to print these things! My 7 year old daughter was there with me. I said I can not come back because I live far in the south side of town, and also, is this not a printing center? She got really mad and started talking to me loudly: Mam you dont understand, I want to help you but I cant. Instead of quickly printing them she waisted good 10 minutes arguing with me with dramatic voice. other lady with light blue outfit felt she had to take over and asked If I was ready to print them. before I could answer the angry lady says: No, she wants to choose the paper and all that! I said I can answer her myself, and she says: ok, then I will let her assist you! and she left me and moved to another customer! So I had to wait the other lady for help... Anyways, the other lady (seemed a supervisor, with light blue Fedex outfit), finds my email and then says that I had to SIZE the picture first before sending them there! it takes literally 30 seconds to size the picture in the computer! you just plug the size number and hit the ENTER button, thats it! But no, she had to take her angry co-workers side! anyways, they did not serve me at all, I left. It is a no joke that people do not know what they are doing there! I went to Office Max and the guy was super nice to me, assisted my with proper appreciation, printed sample, did not take him a minute to complete all the task for me. Anyways, this is not a first time that people there do not know how to use computer to find email, to resize the picture and etc. Who sends sized pictures to a printing place? Anyways, my daughter said to me: Mom, maybe they did not like you because you look and sound different? I come from eastern Europe, I have an accent and different facial features. I said to my daughter: I really dont know honey, but please never treat people like these two ladies did to us. She said: I will never do that mommy, it felt really bad. .
I went there to have some legal papers printed and some old newspaper clippings scanned. I was immediately told I could not have the clippings scanned because they were copyrighted. Your staff is ignorant of the Fair Use law which allows the use of certain copyrighted material. This person did not even look at the clippings to determine if they were or were not copyrighted and definitively did not ask why I wanted to have them copies. If she would have asked, I would have informed her that these clipping (from 1977 & 1979) are of historical value to my family. I am from Louisiana and all my relatives lost all their pictures and history when they were flooded by Katrina. My mother was a pack rat and kept copies of everything!! So when she passed I inherited all that history. My mothers family was part of the original settlement in the town we lived in outside New Orleans back to the 1860s. I am the family keeper of these records but I want to share them with my other 100s of family members in Louisiana. If you are going to use a law or a statute to get out of doing the work your customer is requesting, make sure you know what you are talking about, it just makes you look even more foolish when the customer know for a fact that fair use would apply in this situation.I ship a lot of things from Idaho to Louisiana, you can be certain I will continue not using FedEx for those shipments.
Really nice. Made sure to ask if I had everything packaged correctly and even told me when it should be delivered. The service was fast as well
I have been in a few times and each time I get the same worker. He is kind of a mean guy, not very friendly, and always seems bothered that I am in the store. They really dont know what they are doing, I had an address that needed to get shipped he said it wasnt correct, so he sent it somewhere else. I am now finding out it was correct and now my package is going to take double the time to be processed. USPS is way faster and cheaper, give them a look before coming here.
The service at this location has greatly improved over the last year. Employees are friendly and helpful.
Nick was very helpful and nice! I made my own box and he was impressed, and helped reinforce it a bit more. Went to UPS first and they were almost double the price for the same thing.
I like coming here. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Id rather go here than UPS Store.
I ship and receive from this location regularly. Staff is wonderful. Hours are convenient. What more is there?
Im from out of town and needed to fax a document.. Joe & Mike were super helpful!
Service was just okay. Employees didnt really know what they were doing. My first interaction with the store was pretty good probably a 4 out of 5. My last experience was probably a 2 out of 5. It wasnt really becasue of who I was working with it was the lady in the back that was just unpleasant. I felt bad for the others working with her.
Package valued at $300 shipped via FedEx to China was never delivered nor returned and was ultimately destroyed in China customs as a result of decisions made and actions taken by agent JN and store manager NM-V.Based on my two-month ordeal, I do not consider the agents nor the store manager at this FedEx Office location to be trained, qualified, or capable of shipping internationally. If you choose to proceed with International shipping at this location, be careful. If something goes wrong, its your fault, even if its not.You should guard yourself against these categories of unethical and/or unprofessional actions that I experienced in my interactions with JN and NM-V:1. foreign currency conversion to US dollars (the store manager did not know that the per package value limit of 1000 CNY = 140 USD. Im assuming the agent also did not know. Otherwise, it was unethical to accept my $174 shipping fee, knowing that the country limitation was less than half of my $300 package valuation),2. lack of transparency with the customer regarding country limitations and restrictions (never sign the shipping agreement unless and until you can see the country limitations yourself : in my case, had I known that the $300 value of my package exceeded the $140 country limitation I would never have entered into the shipping agreement),3. inaccurate itemization of package contents (never sign an invoice if the contents were intentionally misrepresented by the agent on the invoice : this misrepresentation was one of the main factors in preventing the delivery of the package and ultimately having the package destroyed),4. unethical and/or unprofessional customer service (there was never any acknowledgement of any mistakes - see 1,2,3 above - this appears to be a systemic problem, as Corporate FedEx didnt see 1 and 2 as mistakes, and they explained to me that 3 was my mistake). In my experience, the problems were eventually remedied, but you must do all the work, and be persistent, to the point of filing in small claims court.
A good one stop shop for printing and shipping needs. The staff is usually very friendly and efficient.
Friendly and helpful staff, quick to answer questions. Does take a few minutes to get in and out though. Not a five minute stop.
This store used to be next to ISU. The new location is cleaner and nicer than the old one, but also very inconvenient because it is in Chubbuck. The prices for large format scanning also seem unreasonable and are higher than at the old location: $3.99/sqft for a large format color scan. For any oversized item, youre therefore looking at spending upwards of $30 for one scan to pdf, without any printing involved. Ouch!
They were quick and efficient in printing and folding several hundred invitations for a competitive price.
They are always able to help us out with business printing in a crunch. The managers really go out of their way to help you out and make it happen, even on a deadline.
This is closed permanently. Just so people know.
I used this store for two times, they are nice
Clean space and helpful staff.
Outstanding customer service!
Very helpful staff.
