For 5 years this has been the worst service

While traveling out of state, my husband realized he had forgotten his N20 mask at home in Chubbuck. Once we found a supplier in Bishop, CA., the Chubbuck Norco was very helpful and faxed his prescription and we were able to purchase a spare. Our trip was saved. Thanks!

These guys have incredible customer service. They jump to serve me everyone I walk in the door. They help me load my things in the car and always greet me with a smile. Every company could learn from them.

They need to inform customers of the difference between your cash cost and your insurance cost so you get the best price for you.

Will not use them again, my 6 week old child is on oxygen and our gasket on our regulator went bad and they said they would rather us drive 10 miles with him unattended in the back seat, rather than come fix their equipment that we have had for 2 days 🙄 no thank you!
