This “Chubbuck” location has the absolute worst customer service.They degrade, dismiss, and demean customers during closing time.

No selection of combs or brushes. They had very few nail files. The hair spray that they had on sale of the one I wanted they only had one bottle. Then they want to charge you $.15 cents for a bag. Unbeliveable. Only person there and she wasnt very helpful and I couldnt understand a word she said. Very bad experience.

ZERO STARSLiteral Trash Store. Disrespectful employees.Won’t accept LEGAL TENDER during their actual times open.Have never been to a Sally Beauty Supply with such a rude set of employees.Clearly full of lazy employees who don’t feel like doing their job.

The ethnic hair care section which side note is a terrible term, is truly terrible the family dollar has a similar sized section. But what is worse is the selection in this section, they have older less effective products and give space to products which just smell good and dry your hair out.

Horrible customer service. I just left the store and plan to call the manager. She was helping a customer and I waited in line to ask her about a product, another customer walks, gets his stuff and walks up to the counter, she said let.me get him, then Ill help you. I said ok and waited. Another customer walks up and she started to ring them up and completely discounted me. I just said Have a great day and left. So I was next in line and basically passed up twice. It would have took her 1 min to help me

The women working there were not helpful. Every time that me and my sisters gone there within the past month they greeted us with a fake smile like we interrupted their conversations. They dont ask if we need help, we have to ask. And to make it worse they conversate with each other while they check us out. Not professional at all. I hate going there now. I rather order online and wait. 😒

I had went in needing to get toner, I called ahead of time to make sure they had it. Anyways the girl that helped me (Juana, I believe is how it was spelled) was super friendly and helpful. She didnt try to add a bunch of stuff I didnt need and she also answered my many questions and told me how to do it. I am from Lewiston, Idaho and the Sallys there is 50/50, sometimes you get someone cheerful and sometimes you get one that argues with you and acts rude, haha! This one I have only been once but it was the best service.
