We Ordered hard to find tires through Walmart.com for a 2021 F150; scheduled an appointment almost a week out, late in the day because that was the soonest time they could get us in. When it came time for the appointment the associate told us he wasnt sure it they could do it because of over size tires, and went to ask the other associate if they could or not. ( before ordering these tires, we had them tested somewhere else to make sure the were and OK size, and wouldnt rub.) We waited for 15 minutes for an answer and still nothing. We then were approached by another customer and told that he overheard the associates complaining that it was late and they didnt want to do it, that it would take too much time, all while the other customer had waited over an hour for an oil change. Soon after visiting with the other customer, the associate came and told us the manager wont let them put anything bigger that one size over stock on. So after that we took the tires we bought to get them put on by discount tire. Im not generally one to leave bad reviews, but i feel like this experience should be shared. Do NOT schedule anything late in the day with Walmart tire center. The customers are not worth their time. Very disgusted and disappointed by the service we received! Will NEVER use Walmart tire center again.

I had 4 tires installed on my car. I bought them online at walmart.com which is cheaper than doing it in the store. They had the tires on within an hour. No problems so far.

Bought new tire and not even 6 hours later tire was low in air checked the tire no punctures or tears but I was consistently losing air and they will not correct the issue told me as soon as I walked out with tire it was in my hands

The staff was very friendly and truly helped us get back on the road after our tire got a bit messed up.

Called to see if they had a tire in stock so I could get one replaced. The phone rang for two minutes at a time and then redirected me to the front desk who would transfer me to automotive. After playing this game for approximately 15 minutes and no answer. I called Discount Tire and they had better tire price and also price match. So I would recommend them all day long. They were fast and courteous. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for your tire needs!

Trying to get help or just leave is such a joke no one ever at the desk because they on there phones around the corner

Waited for 3 hours to mount 4 new tires. Watched the people who got there an hour after me to have the same service done as I was leave 30 minutes before I did. I would recommend somewhere else if you want the typical 45 minutes to an hour it should take

Horrible service!Whoever writes the policy for the auto center needs to review things. They will not let you buy the tires you want for your vehicle. If you get what they suggest, they tell you you can come back and get them rotated and balanced but when you try, they wont do it.Pain in the butt!Joke!Spend your money locally with local people who know whatservice is. I will never use Walmart again.

I do not like not agree with their mechanic or auto shop. They do not do a good job and its cheap stuff that you have to usually replace sooner than later. I prefer Jiffy Lube or Big O for my auto needs.

They knowinly damaged vehicle and did not own up to it until proof was put in their face. Not competent enough to remove / replace hub caps for tire rotations. Management is a bunch of corporate shills.

The price and service is great but the time was unbearable. I was second in line - waiting for an oil change. It took them an hour and a half to change the oil and tires of the person in front of me, then they took 45 minutes to change my oil. Hours of waiting for an oil change might not be worth the cheaper price. If you have other things to fill your time though the service was great.

They fixed our tire really well. It took two hours to get them to do a 15 minute job though. Not because it was difficult but because the guys working were slow and lazy. The cashier had to get on to them so they would finish. If they focused better it could be a great place to get tires.

Meh, good enough service, but they are ALWAYS busy, several hour wait times for basic service, and they usually just say come back at 7am tomorrow and youll be 1st in line. Good enough in a pinch. Personally I prefer Buzzs tire or Todds Automotive.

Last summer, far from home on a road trip, we accidentally ran over a cone on the freeway just before this exit and it tore up the skid plate. We didnt know what to do, and came to this Walmart since it was close by and their auto center checked it out for us to make sure everything was okay, no charge! Everyone was super nice and we just really appreciated them doing that, gave us greater faith in the brotherhood of man!

I will never ever ever ever buy tires from Walmart again. If you value your time at all, avoid it like the plague. Twice I have come in for a road hazard repair. Both times it took over 3 hours. The second time they told me that I would have to buy the three other tires because the tread wear was too great on them. I made the manager show me and it turned out that the tread was fine on the other three. HATE this place. Sam Walton must be spinning in his grave.

Walmart Would not help me. Went over to discount tire and they took care of me. Simple job of mounting tires, Walmart could not handle it.

I bought a set of Walmart 60000 mile tires with road hazard warranty. At 27000 Miles I picked up a nail and took it in for a flat repair. They told me they couldnt repair it because the tire was just under legal tread depth. I said arent they 60,000 mile tires and dont they have a warranty, they told me that because they hadnt rotated them that the warranty was void. I had rotated the tires every 5,000 miles and they all had even wear but that didnt matter. And they wrote me up a estimate for all new tires. This was the first time I had ever dealt with Walmart tire shop and it will be the last time they do not stand behind their work all they want to do is sell you more stuff.I just checked the tire with a penny and it touches Lincolns head so they are liars also. I took it down to Les Schwab Tire store and they fixed it for free. I priced tires there and they were about the same price for a better Tire.

Our family was traveling through from out of state and had a valve stem blowout. We pulled tire, left stranded car on the asphalt, and went to Walmart where we bought the tires (different Walmart) due to road hazard coverage. They said they had 7 people in front of us so it would be at least 3 hours before they could get to us. Even in an emergency situation like this with a car stranded? I asked. He said, I cant make any exceptions. I realize they were busy on a Saturday afternoon, but terrible customer service for this situation. Given our need to finish our travels and our concerns the car could be towed where we left it, we opted to go to Les Schwab a 1/4 mile away who took care of us in 20 minutes and only charged me for the valve stem. I know Les Schwab may cost a little more but I may switch where I buy my tires and get my services going forward.

Okay prices but found cheaper prices at other places in town for your just basic treed tires. Thier tires for rain, mud etc though are good price and can order other tires for as cheap as other stores but need to wait for them to be delivered.

Not usually one to recommend Walmart, but after numerous flats across the country when this was the only place open i must say Ive been happy every time at every location.

I showed up at 6 oclock an hour before the auto care closed Joe sent me and my two kids in car seats walking half a mile to a hotel and to top it off I was not even able to scheduall an appointment for the next day so i woke up walked back and the told me 3 and a half hour wate because its first come first serve well inwas here a day in advance.

Horrible customer service! Paid to get a tire put on and after waiting in the store forever they call me back and tell me they didnt have the right tools to put my tire back on. My tire was nothing special. Had to drive home on the spare and put the tire on myself. And they covered the inside of my car with oil!

Sales rep not very caring towards customers Im in retail sales out of state just wanted the cheapest tires on front of my car so I could get home and tried to up sale me and and telling me I needed new tires on Bak when its a front wheel drive and front tires were bad

I have come to this Walmart for three years and the service just keeps getting worse over time. I am so disappointed, I brought my car in for an oil change and they told me it would take an hour and a half. It has been over three hours and still not finished. I wont be coming back to get my car serviced.
