Love buying my tile and backslash from here! I like this store and the Idaho Falls one because what one may not have the other does! They are great prices and of course carry most it all! Kitchen, bathroom, home appliances, paint, windows, gardening, cleaning, hardware, anything you need they basically got!

Went into store today for a few items. Couldnt get answers in the paint department but thats OK because I pretty much knew what I was looking for. Went to the check out line and they aloud a girl with little to no experience run the checkout who honestly did know how to do her job (not her fault). All these stores trying to push down the self checkout and its not working. No customer service. You are lucky one got one star.

Let me just say that they take customer service to the next level. We were shopping for some trees and I had forgot to bring some warm water from home to feed our baby with. A wonderful lady named Lynn went to the break room and filled a cup with warm water for me. As a new mom that really meant a lot. They are great here, and I cant say enough good about them.

Product was well stocked. The price was comparable with other places.The restrooms were very nice and clean. Went to self checkout and the attendant was very nice.

Not a fan of Home Depot. At Lowes they give a 10 percent discount to veterans. It is on all merchandise without a limit to the purchase amount. Not so at Home Depot.

It’s the same as any other Home Depot. Large selection, hard to find most things, but the employees are helpful.

Homedepot Bern shopping there for years all find what I need and prices are very fair .All though Homedepot does need to train there employees better on knowing where people can find a secerton products and they need to be more knowledgeable on the things they sell

Whatever you do DO NOT buy a door and have home depot install it. Bought our door 3 months ago and its still leaning against my house. They have no communication skills and if you are not calling daily you are just forgot about. If you cant do the job then dont offer installation options. Looks like lows will start getting my business

Just another big box store. I was there to purchase a portable table saw. I was checking the aisles to try to find one and was actually helped by an employee. This is maybe the second time in three months this has happened. I usually have to wander until I find what I need.

I swear of I was a millionaire I know where Id spend a lot of time and money. Sometime its hard to find the staff for certain areas but when you do they usually know how to direct you with care.

I am a professional contractor and spend over $250,000 at Home Depot every year. I point that out so you know when I say I avoid the Chubbuck Home Depot like the plague I am not just speaking from some minor frustration I experienced. They really need to work on their Pro services at this location. They have no designated loading zone, especially for trailers, and it takes way too long to get loaded. Also theyve sold me stuff many times just to then tell me they dont have it, even when the website says they do.

Its Home Depot. You go for home depot things. Tool boxes, lumber, candy, pop tools. Employees are great and helpful. Very good. very good. Ps not everyone wearing orange is an employee.

Had most of what we needed. Always a little frustrating because you wander all over the storer trying to find the small things for our project without very many employees to help.

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Bought a new lawn mower and they helped load it in the car. Ill definitely go back for future projects.

I had drive to Pocatello to pick up some cabinets because Idaho Falls did not stock them. The customer service in Pocatello was awesome unlike the Idaho Falls store.

Need bag to carry small items ppurchased. Clerks didnt know where items were LOCATED. LOoked on device and gave wrong info on location. Had running down aisles. .Need educated clerks. BOTH were remakes tonesT

Had a very hard time connecting with the department and get information on a washer. Instead bought a machine locally at Blackers in Blackfoot.

Went to the front desk and the quite informative lady answered every question I had and pointed me in the right direction.

Went to purchase an oven waited 20 mins for an associate to help and twice was told someone was coming to help. Apparently they have zero employees qualified to assist in purchasing appliances. Would give zero stars but not an option. My advice go to Lowes they have friendly knowledgeable employees willing to assist with purchases.

Ann was extremely helpful and patient, she helped me find a replacement piece that I wasnt sure they had. She thought outside the box and made the experience a very positive one

Its what I expected. Friendly workers, everything was in stock. The garden department is wonderful in the spring.

I had an issue and got 1 attempted call from the general manager. He said he would call back and never has I cant seem to get ahold of him and so I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority to the pocatello chubbuck store. Its sad really.

Asked someone for help with a sheet of plywood and the lady told me that the sheet I was looking for is right in front of my face, I was looking for red oak the one she said was in front of my face was Birch. Sorry maybe you shouldnt help I you dont know lumber.. probably never going to ask for help here again

Amazing customer service! Theres been numerous times where Ive been searching for something and someone approaches me to help. The Home Depot employees always go the extra mile with helping me understand what tools and materials I need. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable in their departments. I cant say this about the other stores in town. I often find my self frustrated when I end up at similar businesses and the customer service isnt at the same level or quality as the Home Depot in Chubbuck. You guys have earned my business for life!

Bought appliances for a home remodel, was assured they would all be hooked up and in working order on day of delivery. To my dismay they were NOT! I went to check on the project and found all the appliances in boxes still not even unpacked. I will NEVER use Home Depot for appliances AGAiN!! Very upsetting. Sloppy work.

Customer service over the phone is a joke from Home Depot was put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Called back two more times and hung up on. Now I called again and have been on hold for 6 minutes and still waiting for someone to answer the phone. Okay 10 minutes is my limit. Home Depot your customer service sucks.

Customer service in most departments has always been lacking at this location. The appliance department and home improvement depart have been decent for the most part. Overall this location is meh.

Store is awesome as usual. Could not find metal so asked associate and they said if it wasnt by the rebar then they didnt have. In a completely different aisle. Customer found.

Some of the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will never darken the door of Home Depot again after being treated so rudely. Associates did not seem to care about the having taken $2000+ from us, making us wait nearly 30 minutes, then informed us the item we bought was not in stock, despite previously being told it was indeed in stock. And then we get to wait several days for the refund to come back to our account preventing us from purchasing elsewhere the same day. Beware!

I often do my shopping online with a twist I make my store list online and check stock at my local store then go to store and purchase items but often I am told they dont have what I am looking for because its on top/bottom shelf of entire isle, one time it took 6 staffers to find a pair of gloves that showed 56 pairs in stock both online and in there in- house inventory. I finally gave them the answer with the isle and row number after going back out to car to get dead phone that was charging and being told I didnt know what i was talking about those gloves dont exist, yes winter insulated Milwaukee ANSI cut level 1 gloves do exist, Thats sad. Model# 48-22-8911 none the less they sold out in two weeks I purchased three used two gave one to employee to test and we want more but they wont be restocking them. Online order only now. Here is a hint, those items that sell out quickly those are the items you want to keep pre/reordering inventory of not one box to create demand then leave them all hanging with no gloves.

It truly amazes me how many things I find I need when I go to this store. I know why I dont go more often, Id be completely broke all the time. lol :-)

Could not get any help in the store, even after asking twice. Lowes which is less than 1 mile from the Chubbuck, Idaho store was fantastic.

I spent so many hours in this location trying to get the products I needed and in the end had to refund and move everything over to Lowe’s. They continuously gave me misinformation on pricing, layouts, etc. Every time someone new got involved the price went up. First it happened with our cabinets, then counter tops and final straw was carpeting. We refunded over $15,000 worth of merchandise just to start over with a new dealer. Talk about a waste of time and soooooo much frustration. No management wanted to take responsibility. We were constantly left waiting for long periods of time and one manager even told us that we were making this a bigger deal than it was... that was after our carpet cost doubled! It went from $1800 to $3400+ but apparently that shouldn’t be a big deal.... not coming back. Would definitely recommend anyone else in town over this place.

This location does not offer a Military discount like most other HDs do.. they are not getting my business.

One enplyee knew exactly what u was looking for after I explained it. He was the first person who knew right away. Him and another employee made sure to find it for me so I didnt have to leave the store empty handed. It was a good experience.

Helpfulness of staff has really improved, knowledgeable, directed to items with great accuracy. Shelves well stocked, staff went out of way to access needed item high out of shelf stock.

Benefitted from holiday sale on power tools and batteries. A great time to get them. Stock was set up well, tools easy to locate.

Went to our local store to swap out two power tools that stopped working.The return associate told us they would have to return the entire tool set. She printed out a copy of our original receipt and off we went. After some digging, we actually found the original box, repackaged the tools and headed back to the store. The original associate was standing with another associate discussing our return. They told us to go find another tool kit and wed be on our way. As luck would have it, there were no more kits. They contacted somebody in upper management that proceeded to inform us that Home Depot doesnt exchange tools after 30 days and we would have to contact Milwaukee Tool Company. Granted weve had the tools since November, Two of which have never been used, the grinder was used once, the drill had average use and melted the back plate. I asked him why we were told to jump through all these hoops only to be told there would be no exchange. He simply shrugged and apologized. I told him that he should train the associates working in the return department on the various return policies. Im canceling my card, telling anyone who will listen and will aspire to be a loyal Lowes Customer.

Underwhelming and awful customer service. Asked for help twice and although the first worker pointed to where an item was and was fine, the girl at the self checkout was rude and didn’t talk to me at all when I asked for help with my store credit card. She stepped almost on me and then called her friend over to help her who also ignored me. When she figured it out she said “There you go!” And giggled away with her buddy. Pretty pathetic and very unprofessional.
