Excellent service. They work hard to help and apply coupons. Many retail operations have so many rules and exclusions that coupons never apply. Joans gives the best customer service and their coupons are real.

The exact fabric that I was looking for was in stock. That was the good part. But, it was on the top shelf and I had to get someone to get it down. The person who was at the cutting table was trying to put fabric through a roller machine. Although she was tied up with this, she never even acknowledged me or offered to help or get someone who would help me as I stood near her waiting for a few minutes until another worker showed up. That worker got the fabric for me. When I got the fabric cut, that person, other than to ask how many yards I needed, pretty much ignored me also. Definitely NOT a friendly and engaging experience as I would expect from Joanns.

When buying something they have so many different varieties the item your getting. Personally i love having options when buying a product.

Great customer service. They helped me find the right fabric for a sewing project and gave me advice on how to go about it. They offered me meaningful product recommendations.

I used to always come here a lot, but for the last several years they have not carried much for a selection of crochet with the small thread. Not many colors to choose from. I was looking at the regular yarn and there was more empty spaces than spaces with yarn in them. Oh and you get coupons to use on regular priced items and you cant use them because they put some sort of sale on everything. I think thats a crock.Ive been going to hobby lobby more these days.

I was there looking for magnets the weren’t o. The peg. Ask the manager and she scanned say that there were three available. InsteadOf her going to the back to check she said that they were probably stolen. Not only that, she acted as if there was a problem having to wait on me. I’m very disappointed in the customer service that I received!

All of the workers are helpful, some are happier than others to do that. Most are absolutely amazing.

The cashier and other store employees were very helpful as they always are. Store was organized, clean, and welcoming. No problems using coupons, paper or digital. Every time I go, I always manage to find what I need to complete a project no matter how crazy it is.

This store is really nice now in its new location. The layout is nice & the selection is great. Fabric, crafts, thread, yarn, supplies, sewing machine, buttons you name it they will probably have it. I like the large selection of fabrics to choose from & I was really pleased to see a sale on sewing basket organizers. Fair prices on most items not pricey like their competitor Hobby Lobby.

Noce place something for everyone an for all your craft needs. Lady at the fabric table wasnt very friendly though.

Great place to go to get ideas and of course everything you need for any sewing project. I really enjoy going here even though my wife enjoys it more than I do its really a lot of fun to look around and gather ideas and of course whatever is needed to fulfill those dreams;-)

New store, looks great! Prices are fair for the quality you get. Coupons are great on the weekends and staff is good to great folks. Clearance section is always great for neat things you mightve overlooked.

The store was nicely organized. It made the shopping experience effortless.

This is a brand new store, super clean and bigger than their old location but still fairly small. One perk of the new locale is your friends/spouse/parents/kids can go to the nearby shops including PetSmart, 5 Below, and Best Buy while you shop in peace. Four stars because its mass market and has a very limited fashion fabric selection. Like other craft stores, the crafts and pre-fab decorations is pushing out textiles.

Staff do not want to help, prices marked wrong and then they want to say well sorry its the wrong price. I wont be back, half of the things I got had the wrong price, to me if there is a sales sign up that is what I pay for it. But no the cashier was like no sorry its an old sign.

The new location is good. Looks like they were trying to compete with hobby lobby when they moved to the new location. Liked the old store. Seemed like they dont have as much fabric, or it could be they just expanded everything else and not as much on the fabric. They can also be a bit high in price. Customer service depends... sometimes the employees are great and helpful, and sometimes you get one that is rude and a bit discriminatory.Overall i like Joann fabrics and like to take my wife and daughter here (ok, i like to go here too because they have art supplies and books 😏).

I got to use 2 coupons! And they had the oil pastels I was looking for!

Employees wasnt for sure what they have in stock. Store website showed they had four of the items i was looking for. Was told by an employee i couldnt go by website then didnt know where in the store the item may be even if they had it. Employees need to know were items are located. The employee that tryed to help was very polite.

I like going with my girl to Joanns. Beside having all types of girl9 stuff(cloth,elastic,etc.), She has some really neat crafts and how to make projects-- books,such as old cabin style bird houses and project materials.employees are glad tohelp find anything you need.

I hadnt been to Joann Fabrics for years. I was dragged there by my girlfriend so she could shop for fabric to make masks. I was surprised to find so much stuff that I like (NOT fabric). Ive been back several times a month since March (with and without her).

This establishment has something for just about any type of crafting you can think of. Very friendly staff.

Their staff is handful but they are few and far between.

I like the store not the price for a spool of thread. 225 yard spool 4.20 cents. I almost fainted at the price.
