They didnt have the product in wanted but it was easy to ask for help. Staff immediately looked up product and showed that they only ship it. They set up order and got me on my way. Very efficient and polite

When to buy a pillow that online said was in store. get to store the only pillow that they had of that one was a display. that they refused to sale and had a brand new one in the back.

Its better to shop here online. There is not much to look at or shop for here. At least the bathroom was clean.

Store has great parking and easy access. You have to search for sale and clearance but otherwise good layout. Love my fluffy pillows!

Didn’t have my phone and was blatantly lied to about the price of an item online so they wouldn’t have to price match. Joke’s on you bed Bath and beyond, I just bought it online and used my coupons. This is why ultimately, some brick and mortar retailers will go out of business—poor customer service.

The have good products, are a little pricey though. I wanted red curtains for my vanity room & the only ones they had were like $30 for one panel. Thats just a little too much for me.

Items they had before Christmas was amazing, but since then not so much!

Saturday, August 16 2020, around 6 pm while shopping in the store I witnessed an employee harassing two people for not wearing masks. The couple explained they couldnt wear them for medical reasons. The employee then demanded they show him paperwork proving what their medical excuse was. He was very rude and aggressive. I watched as he rushed to the customer service desk and proceeded to tell the other employees about the couple. More employees gathered as they all began to make fun of and talk very badly about the couple. They did this loudly and in front of customers. I left in disgust and without buying anything. And yes, I was wearing my mask.

The store itself is well-kept and organized. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pricing however cant compete with online shopping and thats not the fault of the local store, just the nature of a chain box store such as this.

Terrible customer service! No other customers & staff standing around. Asked for assistance. No help. Asked for manager. Employee called manager. Other employee called her back telling her he was handling it. He did nothing! We left frustrated and as a parting shot, an employee spoke very rudely to us as we were leaving! I can see why this company is in trouble!

The layout of this store is odd. I always have higher expectations for finding useful home items or unique gifts, but usually end up leaving the store disappointed. I gave them 3 stars because of the regular 20% off coupons they send me.

This is a smaller store but they have definitely used the space they have wisely. Very organized and well stocked. Pleasant and helpful staff at the times Ive shopped this location.

Im a regular at this store and always find the staff friendly and helpful. It is smaller than some of the other stores in the chain, but they pack every single square inch with products. I often find the inventory of this chain a little confusing. There is some very nice merchandise and some items that make me scratch my head. The weekly 20% off a single item coupons keep me coming back.

This experience was better than my last one a few years ago. The store is brighter and cleaner just need more room to shop as Im claustrophobic and felt very crowded.

I can always find something Giants here. I love my football team... So it can be great to know I can count on this store.

Several months ago I stopped by the store I left a message for the store manager to contact me about a Roomba I had purchased awhile ago that only worked for 2 months it cost $750 new. Its been 2 months now. I have not been contacted. The cashier at customer service said that it may need to be taken up with Roomba but it wou have been nice to hear back. Its an expensive item not to work.

Overpriced. Didnt have a coupon and was not offered one at checkout. Shop here very, very rarely due to prices but scored a good price on a mirror in clearance.

Staff was great and managed to get us through a very long line of shoppers quickly. As a side note: this location does not accept Android Pay as of 11/24/17. Will update if changes.

Friendly staff! Kathy was very helpful and patient with us when we did our wedding registry. We saw her again when we came to use our gift cards and even grabbed us a cart. Makes shopping at an overwhelming store more pleasant.

Litterly has Everything and their coupons even if the dates are out they accept them and you can use multiple coupons on your purchases. Also dont ask any questions about returns. They stand by their products, which are very good quality💙💙💙

As seen on tv items and over priced bed sheets! Its a decent place though theyve tolerated my crazy family well and we do often purchase things employees are good so is the selection. Hide and seek barely accepted but hey we do it anyway the rug racks are my personal favorite kids still havent figured it out.
