The macanics are good and friendly but now other departments are not up to par. I sat there allday lost a day at work.. there system sucks bad.. to many people doing one thing and not telling the next person whats going on.. just over all bad. Only reason I even gave 2 stars is because of the macanics..will not go back to buy a car or service anything

Decent service, just priced to high to use on a regular basis. almost 100 bucks for oil change and tire rotation. get the same service anyplace else for less than 70 dollars.disappointed they charge so much for a simple service.

I have always found the staff to very friendly and helpful. I am docking you 1 star for never keeping parts in stock for my Outlander. You need a tune up...wait a week for parts. You want to do the 100,000 mile service...wait a week for parts. I do not like the fact that I have deal with the parts dept. ( Tammy is super), that is job of the service dept. Last but not least, I feel that your shop charges are on the high side...minus 1 star. What is a Misc. charges on my invoice ? Perhaps a little extra profit ?
This was my fourth vehicle purchase, always been mostly satisfied. This time buying my eclipse cross, was probably the best experience so far. It was quick and we got exactly what we wanted thanks to Nicole Neri. Will come back to Nicole when it’s time to trade our Jeep for a truck.
Mitsubishi Motor Mile is very professional and does a great job always. You will be waiting for a while but with the lobby they have it isn’t so bad. Great job overall.

I had a great experience at the Kia center at Shelor Motor Mile in Christiansburg, VA. Everyone was so friendly even the finance department was amazing, they stayed super late to make sure everything was taken care of for me! We visited their website, saw some good prices, but when we visited the site, the prices were higher. 😡 Plus, there was one salesman to 5 customers, be prepared to wait and wait and wait. 😖
Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and computerized vehicle inspection. Also asked them to check two tires as they were needing air a few times a week. Good job but was there almost 3 hours. Would have been better if they would at least have checked in with me maybe an hour into the process for a status update.

I did not have a favorable experience. My vehicle was there for a week and half before it was even evaluated. I attempted to drive it home after I was told it was fixed twice. I was stranded twice on highway after repairs were fixed. The repairs were covered under extended warranty I was told the fee would not be charged, it was. I had to call Mitsubishi headquarters to get someone to actually get my car fixed. They fixed the problem, but the heating, air and charge didnt work. I had to return it Motor Mile. I live one and half hours away. I remain fearful that the car will stop without warning as it did on major highways. Im a nurse so need to be at work and on time, others depend upon me. The service to my vehicle was not prompt and I felt that service personnel didnt care and did not keep me informed. Im very disappointed in the service at Motor Mile.

I love the car I bought here but the salesman was working with three different customers as I was buying my car and I didnt feel like a priority. I asked them to clean the car before I bought it and when I got it home I noticed there was old soda stuck on the plastic near the seat which should have been obvious. I am disappointed I bought a car and had to clean it myself. I also feel like for the age and mileage of my car, they could do better than a one month warranty that only pays for 25% parts and labor (the car is only five years old). Overall though, they did get me financed at a good APR (I am 19 so this was a challenge at other places), and I love the car.
Everyone worked hard to make sure our experience was successful! Tara Grimm in the welcome center was very sweet and helped us set up our basic information with a sales rep. Our Sales rep was Brian Love and he worked around the clock to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted and needed for purchasing a vehicle. He genuinely cares about his costumers. Lastly Andrew in Finance explained the numbers and warranty in a swift way that made it easy to understand. All 3 of these people were super kind and hard working. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Jobs very well done and will recommend them in the future!
Ok so I had to reset my star i was there the week before and had a long wait it was late and the finance guy the first time ruined it we left ok fast forward almost a week later I went back after talking to Kris our sales guy Donnie a manager and Kati a person in the office we decided to go ahead and return and look for the vehicle I wanted drove a few but the one I originally wanted was what I wanted and got it Kris and especially Kati made my visit much more tolerable this time and we had a better day so it worked out ty Kris Roop and Kati I love my new set car

The service was fine, the cost and time was fine. Unfortunately, once I pulled my car into the bay to check in, I was grossly ignored for more than 15 mins. The sign tells to stay in car to observe social distancing......so I did. I waited, and waited, and waited while people walked back and forth behind my car (only car in the right 2 bay lanes). Everyone made eye contact and just ignored me. Noone wondered why Id been sitting in my car, with my window down and arm waving for more than 15 mins. Finally, after watching everyone ignore me, and calling out to try to get someones attention, I had to get out of my car and yell over to the service guy who I had watched for 15 mins just sit there looking around with his back to me and ask if anyone can help me. He apologized and said he didnt see me. I was literally 10 feet behind him, and had an appt. Ive always taken my vehicle to Shelor, even though I live in Roanoke. Not again folks. Ill find a service center that doesnt purposely ignore customers with appts that are 10 feet from them, with an excuse of I didnt see you. Oh, and I guess the free car wash coupon was supposed to buy me off?

Shelors service has always been terrific for me. My only concern is that service personnel who work directly with customers are not practicing social distancing nor wearing ppe though I was glad to see the waiting room closed today. It seems a bit contradictory to have customers fill out questionnaires concerning whether we have been in contact with sick, have run fevers, etc, while being required to use pens and clipboards which have passed through many hands. I am concerned for the employees as well as the customers.

I love my 2015 Outlander Sport. I took it to PA this weekend in the pouring rain and it handled great. The navigation system was something I wasnt really looking for but now couldnt do without it. I always used my I-phone in the past but this is definitely better. It has the 2.4 engine and I got really good gas mileage.

Frustrating!!! Came as a favor to get a friend routine maintenance check and now he owes $600 and I cant get home until 6 hrs later. It feels like they only care about their money and have no concern for my situation. Now I have to try and figure out how my kids are getting home bc they want their money. My problem is not a priority or even a concern.
