Very professional, no hassle no bugging and calling all day long. Due to being short staffed, I had to wait longer than I had planned to purchase a car. I ended up having two (2) sales persons... I had an appt with one sales person, she got me started and was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. Then she got tied up with another customer so another sales person just took over where she left off. He was knowledgeable & friendly as well.

They got me in an an a few hours later back on the road again good job thank you

Went there for routine service on my Honda CR-V. Service folks were great. They were very friendly and efficient. The service hardly took any time. Walked through the show rooms to visit a friend who works there and every one on my visit were very friendly and greeted us quickly and with a smile. Entire facility both the showrooms and the service area were clean, and gave us a receptive feeling. The showrooms had very attractive new vehicles in the showrooms that were really well equipped, and they were not base level models. I will definitely be back for our service needs. I recommend that any one in the market for a new car visit both or either Duncan locations.

Got state inspection and a car wash. Didnt know about the wash till I went out to get in it. I wish they told me they were going to wash I would have told them not to. Its a covetable and unfortunately it leaks bad on one side and my seat and towel and floor was soaked. I had an apt to have fixed next week.

Just bought a new Honda CR-V here and it was a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and there were no hassles or awkward back and forth. The warranty Duncan offered was by far the best within a 5 hour radius and the process of buying was smooth. Highly recommend!

No haggling, good customer service and my kids liked the kids play area... kept them busy. Found the car my wife and I wanted and got a better deal than we thought we would get. Over all a good experience.

First oil change was quickService should have been more pleasant. As a customer I think it is important for us to know what is to be expected and for associates to not just assume we know whats going on

Had great luck with a Highlander I bought from them. Rey the salesman was great, but the manager isnt willing to budge at all. Bought an Accent from them with 285000 miles on it. They were asking $1500. Went to get it and they insisted that I pay over $700 in taxes and fees, making the 285,000 miles-tired car just under $2300, it the door price. I begged them to work with me on the price and get it closer to the $1500 that got me in the door. this car was a huge risk with so much wear on it, they assured me the car was checked out and good to go... So I paid the nearly $2300. The car blew up before the title made it to me in the mail!! Called them and they said come back and they would wave the processing fee THIS TIME on a new purchase. Just after they insisted the processing fee was by law and couldnt be waved on the Accent... Bottom line- they could and should have done me a little better OR I should have let them send the old worn out Accent to the auction, where they would have been lucky to get $500 out of it- less than theprocessing fee itself. Lesson learned. $500+ processing fee on a $1500 purchase is laughable

Very fast oil change, dealerships can be a bit overpriced for services but this one seemed fair. Only thing is, they didnt give me a complimentary wash due to the cold weather but it didnt seem that cold on this day.

They offer a great product (Hondas are notoriously reliable)and the staff is great!

Have better customer service at the express oil change center. Lady did not speak to me and my tire was not fixed properly! Very dissatisfied.

Staff was a bit on the unprofessional side. The whole time we both felt as if we received sub-par service as we were purchasing a used, rather than new, vehicle. Overall, when shopping for a used vehicle, I wouldnt recommend this particular dealership.

Love this place. I tried to have new Michelin Tires put on my Honda CRV in Fayetteville, West Virginia. The mechanic told me the lug nut would not come off one of the wheels and was stripped. I drove down to Duncan Honda in Christiansburg and had everything done with no issues or problems. I think the mechanics at Walmart are just lazy and dont want to do their job. I also appreciate the way Duncan follows up anytime I have brought my car in for servicing. I get a call a day or two later to make sure everything was okay with my appointment. We need more places like this.
