Purchased a wishing well for my front yard from Shine Co $156 at Home Depot. Due to a compromised immune system from 2 kidney transplants i had it delivered, When it arrived it was damaged the wood was split the nails were bent pieces were broke off. Called Home depot ( Girl was very nice ) She said since it was a 3rd party item we need to call the shine Co. We called and the man that answered was very ignorant to my wife, would not listen kept talking over her and basically said take it back the Home Depot who had told us to call the Shine co. My wife explained or tried to that i have a compromised immune system and due to covid 19 we can not do that and his reply was we can argue all day. Take it back to the Home Depot. Bottom line stay away from this company, their customer service sucks they wont stand behind their product and they do not want to hear what you have to say. Unbelievable .

Exactly what I was looking for! Beautiful, sturdy rocking chairs that were easy to put together. They are a great height and very comfortable.
We bought a fire pit from the Shine Company through Rue La La. It does not function properly and cannot get anyone to answer the phone at Shine or Rue to help with this problem!! DO NOT buy anything from either one of these companies if you expect to get any kind of costumer service! Terrible, just terrible!
I ordered a “hot chili pepper” outdoor bench. The front leg split. It took me weeks to get someone from this company to respond. It took several more weeks to get them to respond to my warranty request, which they denied, stating it is not covered. So the leg randomly splits down the middle when we have sat on it literally once, it is covered with a heavy duty bench cover, and yet it is not covered? This company does not stand behind their product, impossible to contact, and just want your money. Don’t buy anything from them unless you are ok with inferior products that cannot be returned or replaced!
Long story short I had a problem with the delivery of my chair last week. Customer service helped resolve the case fairly quickly and I received my replacement chair shortly after. The chair is really pretty but made of a softer wood. Very comfortable!
The color on the chairs is eye catching. Assembly was fairly easy and the chair I purchased was very sturdy. It fits our outdoor space nicely.

I bought two classic Adirondack chairs from Kohls last fall during the end of season sale. Kept them in the boxes until today. I was seriously disappointed to see that not only one but both chairs were damaged. It had been too long since we purchased to return them so what should have been a quick 45 minute project turned into multiple hours. We had to super glue and put mending plates on broken back braces. We glued and duck taped a broken seat slat. Never again! Ill pay for handcrafted on Esty next time. These might make it through this summer, but I doubt it.
Cute wishing well but construction is shoddy. I can see why you dont warranty wind damage, you could blow on the boards for the roof of the wishing well and theyd fly off.
Beautiful cedar wood chairs, we have the Westport Adirondack in turquoise, which looks vibrant and fresh. These chairs look awesome poolside. The chair is high quality with a nice and smooth paint finish. Easy to assemble and comfy to sit in.
I purchased 4 Adirondack chairs for my patio back in January and they are keeping up well!
Dont buy unless you want to be responsible for shipping costs for the manufacturer to inspect the product for a warranty claim.

Stay away. I received a defective product. NO response from company despite 4 attempts to communicate with them. Now I am out $143 and stuck with a useless garden bench.
