I came here to print some artwork, I was helped by Adrena-10 who went above and beyond to help me with my project, this fedex holds high standards then others it was very clean, and staff was friendly. I was extremely happy

Linda was so very kinda to help with printing some papers I needed. There was a problem with retrieving the code and she paid for it. Extremely happy with her and she was a sweetheart

Very bad customer service, my package has more than 3 days stuck in this office and when I called to check on it the lady was very rude didn’t ask my name when she was already transferring me to customer service

My drop-off packages always show shipping exceptions after 2-3 days at this place. When I called them to ask, they didnt bother to check, they just transferred to a customer service somewhere else while the tracking indicated my packages were still at their place. They could just walk a few steps to the back to check. Instead I had to be on phone with a customer service, probably in India, and the lady on the phone had to send a text message back to the store to check. They just dont care. I will never drop off the package here again.

This office REFUSES to take a package not in a carton box because it is not packaged properly, took it to another office in Rowland Heights, did not give me an issue. I have been sending stuff not packaged in a carton box for a while and THIS is the ONLY office that refuses to take them, while every other fedex office that i have dealt with never gave me this issue.sending stuff not packaged in a perfectly tidy little box? well, better go elsewhere, because there are 2 specific employee here that will be lazy and refuse to take it with bunch of excuses.

I was flabbergasted when I was told that they couldnt package or ship water samples. I have lived in four different states and in the four years that I have been doing this I have never been to a FedEx location that couldnt perform this task. The manager explained to me that they were not trained to package liquids because of their potential hazardous nature. A customer has to self disclose any potential dangers and is fully responsible if prosecuted. These samples were WATER and would like to advise others attempting to responsibly ship liquids to either box the items themselves before dropping them off or looking for a different location. Lastly, they manager advised me throughout the discussion that I needed to go to the main store and have it packaged and shipped there. After taking the address, I headed over to the main location only to be told that they didnt have a package service. They couldnt believe what the manager at this store had said and they sold me what I needed and assisted in boxing the liquids. I still dont understand how an entire staff isnt trained to perform a task that is in the name of the business.

The bathroom was not clean, trash can overflowing. Please check bathrooms more often.

I have always come to print at this location, really convevient for me because is really close by my house, they always greet you with courtesy and theyve been really helpfull in the past except for today where they had only 1 employee working and it was almost the time to close and she was rushing everyone, like if we were getting thing for free!!! She was so roude, never coming back if she is the only one there. She offers nothing but really bad Customer Service!!!! Her name was COREEN by the way.

Very helpful on a difficult problem

This place is great met great people and no one like Tíattah, Kätänäh, Cupcakecandy or Bloodrayne, though these people I just mentioned are online people who might pose fake identity, but Lubu79 is real and what he looks like live in Arkansas a very weired dude goes by the name Lowell anyway when work with people in real life you quit understand that Tíattah an online person might be fakeand should never get involved with fake people like Tíattah. I am very blessed and greatful I met people outside of boxvery helpful sweet and kind hearted people

Customer service is terrible here. And there is a woman by the name of Korynn that has major attitude problems and is specially difficult to talk to and will make your life infinitely difficult. They also charged twice as much for shipping then other locations and it seems like nobody knows whats going on. One of the worst locations do not come here!

Great for receiving shipments from late fedex delivery. Open till 11 pm for those that run a business traveling.

These guys dont know anything about customer service, if you need to print out 1000 documents they will ask you to print one by one, bulllllllcrap, they suck you better go to city of Industry or Montclair
