I needed copies of a C. D. I have of a family ancestry. And 4 out of 4 places I called on for help. Not ..one of these major stores could help me. Finally someone from Best Buys suggested I try a music store & recommended KYR MUSIC IN CHINO. So close to my home too. Richard there was So helpful & accommodating!! He up loaded my C.D& Emailed to me.He then explained to me & wrote instructions on how to send ALL this information on family history to some relatives via e-mail!! I,m kindof computer illiterate when on my computer. Richard WAS wonderful in helping me & solve my problem & would NOT ..ACCEPT ANY PAYMENT from me. He was so nice to say the least!! I will always recommend him & KYR MUSIC STORE. GOD BLESS THEM!

They never have anything I need. They are always sold out. I’m a student that is in concert and marching band and they do have half of the things I need. I prefer you to go to guards music store.

I do lessons at KYR and it’s the best experience I have I really do recommend this place and would love to help boost its rating it’s such a nice place! Would recommend!

They are terrible the manager ROB charged my debit card without my authorization. I no longer rent with them and returned everything back. Very unprofessional. My bank is dealing with them now. I will never go back to them again crooks .

My sons instructor kept cancelling his Friday lesson. Then they billed me twice in one month and though they said they would refund my CC they never did. Not happy.
