They are horrible! For 3 months now I havent gotten a single on time delivery! If I could give zero stars, I would! Management is absolutely no help!

I will never do business with this company again. Horrible comuication pick up the rest of your sheets cancel my account I dont want you guys ever to deliver sheets here no thanks buy buy good riddance

Without question, this is the absolute worst company I have ever encountered. We deal with the Lancaster plant and more times than I can count, they fail to deliver our laundered sheets as contracted, often right before a weekend. They do not return calls and leave their poor drivers to suffer the brunt of righteous customer anger when deliveries simply are not made and we are forced to somehow try to launder all of our bedding ourselves in order to service our rooms/do business. There is no after hours answering service and supervisors simply ignore frantic phone calls. I cannot believe they are still in business showing such blatant disregard for their customers. Their method of doing business and customer service is nothing short of an absolute outrage. It literally boggles the mind. They need competition and they need it now. Given an option, hotels, hospitals and restaurants would flock to an honest, ethical company willing to do what their customers require/need. The market in the High Desert area in Southern CA is ripe for a competitor to finally show Mission Linen the proper way to do business.

Giving this place a star isnt even worth the effort the guy I worked for Viet, isnt aware of his own job title he has no knowledge of any communication skills with the people under him or anyone for that matter.the only favor he did for me was letting me go after 2 years I wouldnt recommend anyone working for them mainly Viet.

One of their drivers almost hit me and my kids. Reckless driver.

Best company for all youre linen and uniforms needs by far

This place is the worst to do business with. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a vendor. I am coming to them for service and they could not get deliveries right, was overcharged, plus to top it all off the supervisor Todd who I asked not to work with reapeatly yells at you the customer! I was in shock. He said he did me favors. Ok leaving solid linens outside my place of business all day, not bringing correct inventory. Linens had holes and marks. Trust me I didnt complain but I didnt deserve the treatment and behavior from Todd. Very disrespectful.
