I bought a HMC from these folks back in September of 2019, they had purchased 3 of them from a customer. I tried to be prudent and flew out to CA and back in a day to look at the machine under power with several days’ notice to MS. It was a waste of time as the machine was not even wired in and the crews were working on an Amada press next to it to show a local customer who arrived at 10 am. After they showed the press off, it was all hands on deck on the HMC to try to get it going before I had to leave to return home. The original quote I was given specifically mentioned that the price included freight to our location. While meeting with them, they mentioned that freight was extra. I also never got to see the machine function. I told them I would buy the machine once I saw a video of it running. After returning, I got a video a couple of days later. I noticed the background was different, I inquired about this and was told that it was another one of the 3 that they bought because the one I had looked at had some alarms, this machine was identical except it held 40 less tools. I asked for a specific video to make sure it was not the same machine before they moved it. The video checked out, so we agreed to buy it, I brought up the shipping not being included. They said that due to the size of the machine it had to go on 2 FTL trucks, so they couldn’t cover the cost but agreed to split it with me. They did not offer any discount for the wasted time or because the machine’s magazine held 40 less tools. I figured 120 tools was enough and it was not a huge deal, so we agreed to buy it. It arrived the next week on 1 truck LTL, so the paying for half of the shipping was a ruse. As if that weren’t enough, during unloading the machine punched a 1” hole in the trailer, which the freight company hired by MS asked for $14K for a rebuild of their trailer instead of accepting an offer to have us repair it. They then sued us and requests for any documentation regarding the freight company from MS went unfulfilled, we finally settled the case recently. So, if negative ratings were possible, I would give one to Machine Station. They cannot be trusted, bait and switch multiple times, unanswered emails, etc. I will never buy from these folks again and stick to my local used machine dealer from now on.
Purchased a CNC Lathe from this company earlier this year. Had a startup guarantee and a clean bill of health. Once we received and installed the machine, had to spend thousands into rebuilding the spindle. Jorge told me he would provide the inspection report, but did not. Now, neither Jorge or the owner will respond. Would NOT recommend purchasing a machine from this company.
Purchased many machines in last 4 years.. always a good experience.checked machines under power and they take care after sales issues too.will do more business for sure!!
Bought machines from these guys and was sent junk. Wont reply to emails or phone calls. Found a bunch or other machinist that have been screwed by Jorge. Massive lawsuit to follow!!
Bought a Daewoo Puma 200 off these guys. Quick and easy transaction. Thanks Joe, and the knowledgeable staff behind you!

Professional organization with a staff that is very helpful. The tools and machinery offered are of the best quality. Highly recommended!!!
MachineStation made sure I had the right machine for my application. I’ll be coming back for sure! Thanks a lot Joe and Sid!
Joe Chaves extremely helpful from start to end. I ordered two Haas CNC machine(VF1 and mini mill) from them and had a few parts that they needed to order that was part of the sale. It took Haas two weeks to get the parts to them but once they got it Ariezze Dominden and Shorty came and installed all the missing parts for the two machines. Two Haas machine is working great!!!!Very impressed with their price and quality of service and I would come back for more machines from them.Akrivis Machining(Owner)
MACHINESTATION IS VERY GOOD IN ALL CNC MACHINES SALES .
Purchased a Fadal 4020 this week. They gave me a Very Good Deal, free shipping and installation. Will Buy Again.
Do not use this company. They are scammers! They offered free shipping. I recieved the item than 6 months later got sent to collections for the shipping. Scammers, scammers, scammers!!!!!
Sold me a machine that does not work as advertised, would not give me my money back. They hide behind e-bay, do not do buisness with them.
Got a great deal on Mori Seiki cnc lathe and service is very good. highly recommended.
Many used, and new CNC, and manual machinery, good selection of tooling and accessories.
I own a small machine shop made a 500 Mile trip to pay for a overpriced machine. The service was bad not to mention the machine needs immediate work to function, paid 2x the worth and got no customer service .I do not recommend this place .joe assured me it would be defect free .
Joe does not care and no urgency on getting back to customer. Go elsewhere.
Great selection of tooling and machines.
I purchased a Mazak SQT-100MY from Jorge at machine station. The overall sale was fine, until we got the unit on our floor. Once we received the item and had Mazak come out and power it on the controller would freeze and we would have to restart the machine which it would then freeze again. I called Jorge, because they said there was a start up guarantee. This machine was supposed to be ready to make parts. I understand a few odds and ends, but this was the main computer portion of the machine. Initially it was thought to be just the hard drive and Jorge agreed that machine station would pay to get this going, because we were a new customer. Once we had Mitsubishi onsite It turned out to be a bad NC unit and since it was older it had to be upgraded, which meant more money then initially thought. I had the tech repair the machine to get it working. Once It was finished we sent in the invoice, at this point Jorge said he was waiting for approval. We go to run the machine then it needed a new AP1 board. due to a spindle cooling issue, so there was more money I had to put into this machine. At this point Jorge is no longer responsive to emails, texts, or calls. Its been almost a month with zero response. Ultimately it was a used machine, but it was sold as working and was most definelty not. We would have been willing to split the cost of the repairs or come to some sort of arrangement, but with no response from them that was unable to happen. I would not recommend this company to someone I didnt like let alone someone I did. Our machine is finally up and going, but not without major headache and machine station was zero help after promising help. This is my second used machine and I was extremely disappointed with this joke of a company. I had much better luck with premier equipment in Florida.Update, 7 months later, Jorge had promised they would pay to replace the NC unit, never saw any money for this. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Horrible, condescending, and childish service from Jason at machine station. He is great at deflecting, complicating, and sending passive aggressive emails back and forth. We had no help from techs, he demanded proof of what is wrong (machine is dead) and basically did everything in his power to prolong a bad situation and ultimately insult our intelligence. He claimed machine was running (how is that possible with a broken belt? Seized drive motor? and fried electrical?) . They remind me of used car dealers that intentionally screw over their customers and smile in your face. Attached is a email comparing our purchase to a car and a pic of the fused contactor with scorch marks. I recommended to my employer to follow up with a lawsuit. Imagine the back and forth with them and the aggravation. Read the other reviews, this is how they opperate.
