The folks from SMTmax have been very helpful and supportive. If I have a question or problem, they are just a phone call away, and are just as responsive by email. I have an older QM3000, but it is solid piece of equipment. The equipment is straight forward, and works as expected. All in all, Id buy SMTmax again.

Suction and compressor are working very well. Sterlizer takes about 1hr to finish. But, they are sterilized and completely dried when done.
