Paid for 7-10 day shipping but the product didnt arrive. When I reached out, they said that shipping option wasnt available, although it was paid for. They refunded $2 and said they can only do 12-20 day shipping. That window came and went. They then said it was 12-20 days AFTER the item shipped out. This caused us to have to buy the item somewhere else so we could have it in time and are now stuck with the item that eventually arrived. The company stopped responding and made no effort to resolve the issue. Dont waste your time or money.
