This place is amazing, and I will be using them for ALL future orders. Dennis saved the day for me and my boss. We had an event one night and had rush ordered from a place that said it had an office in LA, but actually just shipped to a mailbox store. And when we went to pick up the discs that we had paid to rush, theyd sent us the wrong ones. SO, we were panicking.Called Dennis and 4 other local places at 1 PM on a Friday to see what our options were for same-afternoon CD duplication; not only was his price by far the best, he was very sweet on the phone while others around town seemed annoyed I was even asking.When I arrived, I was frazzled but he was very calm and offered me something to drink. The space was lovely and a couple hours later, my entire order was ready, shrink-wrapped, and beautiful--the quality was great!Much, much better than the other ones wed ordered. When they finally arrived...well, lets just say we wish wed known about Replicator Depot Inc. sooner.Cannot recommend highly enough!
