Kari who takes orders and answers the phone has the worst customer service, I have ever had to deal with. Martin doors sent a sub contractor to install doors. Sub contractor told me that they were Mickey Mouse cheap doors. Martin charged me over $940.00. Kari would not refund me.Wish I could get a hold of owner to let him know how bad her customer service is.When I told her this frame does not look like display, Kari Told me I have know idea what the display looks like.I am a general contractor in So Cal and I am aware problems come up. I build 20 bathrooms a year and have never had a problem with this shower door Company until now. After she berated me on the phone, I told her I would not use them again and she said ( Who Cares )God forbid you have a problem with Kari or you might be out all your money to.

Great help, needed some plastic washers and she explained to me very well how to substitute my old washers for new washers and how to assemble it very well.

Had Rudy work on my shower less glass door. He was professional, informative and left ZERO mess. I will use again in a heartbeat.
