Well-marked - easy to find what I wanted. Clean. Quick. Friendly...

Absolutely love the new look. Staff is very friendly and helpful too. My only negative comment would be the parking lot being unsafe with many potholes. Injured myself over a year ago. This was prior to them painting the asphalt. Unfortunately, they didn’t fix the dangerous potholes. I’ve been getting the run around by Insurance and previous owners. Other the then this issue. The store looks great!

Remodeled the store. Walls seem so garish. I really dont like the layout either. I miss the front aisle of new and interesting products. Looks very proficient and commercialized. :(

I decided to edit my last post and give more stars to this store because everything I was unhappy with has been changed! They finally replaced the dirty stained ceilings that had missing areas- they cleaned the floors- it no longer has a weird odor- they finally changed the name to “The 99” and took off the Only part of the name- they arranged everything a lot more organized- they don’t keep customers waiting in long lines anymore- everyone working there is a lot nicer and actually greets you when you walk in and when you get to the check stand. I’m very happy with all of the changes! It’s nice and clean and a better environment so I’ve been going back. This is what Chino Hills residents should expect and I’m giving the store 5stars now! Keep up the good work!

I hadnt been in this store since forever due to COVID its remodeled and so nice and clean inside. I also had the luxury of stopping by when they were doing donations to Boys Republic, I am always happy to help out my community. Thank you for doing this!

I dont feel as cozy as I do at Costco or Trade Joe. The cashiers here are like old neighbors, reminding me that the cards need envelopes? Always treat every customer with the utmost courtesy. I like it here

This 99 cents store location sad to say Im disappointed they have skyrocketed prices I dont really even like shopping there anymore the point is helping people on a budget, and in hard times... its not, its says 99 cents store? If I wanted cuties for $4.99 I would go to the nearest grocery store and other products as well..please go back down

I love this place for picking up the little extra things you need. Cheap batteries, fun stuff for the holidays and gift bags and wrapping paper. Sometimes I go there for their vegetables too.

More then twice the selection than dollar tree.. friendly, bright, clean, and easy to find the stuffs. Little bit far from me than dollar tree but will definitely go back there.

Its good. Just once, the store was having a good deal with a big pack of toilet paper but the cashier said it was no good. Went in another day, bought it anyway to try out (party at home) turned out the TP was great! Didnt appreciate the negative comment on a good item.

Obviously good prices. in a busy shopping center with a big parking lot. I was in and out so quickly and the cashiers helped a lot with moving the lines quickly but it felt like they werent even there...all they said was my total

They have pretty good selections of fruits and vegetables for $1. Depending on the season, sometimes they have melons and cantaloupes for that price and super sweet!
