I came to Garment decor in hopes to produce shirts in a timely manner for an extremely important family event. Valentina was my account executive & she made the process as easy as possible. My quote was made and processed all in the same day with her efficiency!She ensured me that my order would be done by the time I needed it, & she even sent me photos of one completed tee to confirm all was good before proceeding! Weve been using Garment decor for the last few months and the service has been exceptional. We specifically worked with Chris P. and he was incredibly responsive and on top of designs, manufacturing, and getting us our product on time. Also we ordered DTG, but it felt like it was screenprinted, which was awesome, quality was top tier. Chris and the team also helped us with a smaller order size but gave us the attention as if it was a massive 1000 unit order, something that u struggle to find with other places.

Purchased face masks for my husband. The masks were delivered quickly, wash and dry well, and the ear loops dont tug on his ears like some other face masks have done. He likes them so much, I am getting ready to put in another order.

LOOK NO FURTHER! Garment Decor is the absolute best. I had an idea to have custom Nike golf 3/4 zips for a trip I had planned with friends. Saying I procrastinated was an understatement. Luckily I had been referred to Garment Decor. Within 24 hours Marcel and his team had recommended the perfect product with a custom logo proof and embroidery. Be careful ordering from these guys. I ordered masks weeks ago and still have not received them. They won’t resend my order or are willing to do anything to help. Not how a legitimate business acts.

Ordered 3 masks from Garment Decor after seeing them on Facebook. Im not a review type guy but I felt it necessary in this case. What an awesome company! Amazing and personal customer service. After ordering I received a thank you for your order email from the owner. Because of the way it was written, I felt inspired to reply to thank them for making these masks during this lockdown time. I received an email from another owner thanking me for my support and he said he would pass it on to his employees, who are working so hard. The masks came on time from their estimate (not quickly but what is these days?) and we were really pleased with the quality. They fit nicely over my big dome and my wife said they fit her well too (she doesnt have a big head...just to be clear). They are black, fairly thick, look good and they do the trick. Then I received a follow up email from the owner after delivery, ensuring we were satisfied. Great quality, great customer service and Im happy to support a local company (Riverside County). I highly recommend them and the masks! Thank you!

The worst company you can deal and work something out with, I really don’t recommend it. Very poor quality and one of the representative was very rude and never wanted to pick up the phone. I really suggest not to work with them for your own benefit.

I ordered these masks thinking if they were being made at a local garment making site that they would be quality. These masks are pretty chintzy. Looking at the picture they seemed heartier. They arrived and I was/am very disappointed. I told a people that when they arrived I would give them one. ( I ordered 6 )Now Im embarrassed to do so. The masks are child size. I actually did give one of them to a family member and watched how they were trying to be polite even though the mask was basically wimpy. We also not only noticed the smallness of them but how the masks are lopsided. We both started laughing. I guess the laughingt was an upside. And as far as safety goes when you have to stretch the small mask to make it cover your nose and tuck under your chin it makes the fabric less effective as a barrier.Its so sad that a local company, any company for that matter, would take negative advantage of people in need during such a difficult time. Had these masks been what they were represented to be I would be so faithful to garmentdecor in the future for regular purchases. I would have loved to purchase family tees and recommended local businesses and for fund raisers to purchase from you. But if you are so inclined to charge a premium price for a misrepresented and inferior product than I have will not do any more business with your company.

Product bought was face masks.....very well made and prompt delivery.

I had put an order in on Garment Decor, and literally the night before it was scheduled to be produced and shipped, I had a panic attack realizing I had forgotten to add a back design to the shirt. Thankfully, Cam Deanda got back to me the morning after I sent my email, and made everything incredibly easy. She helped me get the added design set up on the shirt, worked with an artist to bring the number of colors down so that the cost would be minimized, and worked to get the order done without very much of a delay. Cant believe how well it all worked out and how responsive she was. Very highly recommend!

This business is fantastic. Greeted by Vanessa in a friendly professional manner. Explained I needed to have just four t-shirts made with artwork I provided. This establishment is obviously a large volume provider. I was referred to Cam Deanda in sales. she too was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She helped me select the t-shirt color I described and gave a preliminary visual of how the finished product would look. The quoted price was very reasonable. She wrapped up my visit by saying she was new. I would have never guessed. She is a very confident and capable person.The t-shirts were delivered with in the quoted time frame and turned out magnificently. Im not much of review person, except when its due. If you need prints made, this is where to go. Im a fairly new small business owner. I came in to my first meeting unorganized and with blurry artwork. Adryan, Devyn and Marcel were more than patient, helping me figure out how to properly size things. They were meticulous and honest with me, which is exactly what I needed from a printer.I came in with a short deadline, and they were more than accommodating. Even finished the prints two days earlier than expected! Compared to my previous printer, the graphics are sooo much more crisp and amazing quality. I still cant believe how helpful (and patient!) Garment Decor was. If you need a printer, definitely use them. Theyll get back to you ASAP and will make it happen.Thank you Garment Decor!

I am extremely satisfied with how Marcel and his co -workers were able to handle my printing order. I was stressing on how to fulfill this order!.. Hoping and praying everything would come out great and on time!!Long story short I had a major order mixed of screen print, embroidery and vinyl numbers. Marcel walked me through the process and provided me countless of great quality shirts, hats, and Hoodies. My last prints were on terrible quality and I only had a few options, and the print was so so.. It finally felt Great to be able to select something that I want!! I felt in control in such a way lol. I was able to mix and match shirt styles and hoodies all for free. And the Printing came out just how I envisioned it!I will for sure return!
