The owner of this location deserves an award of excellence. She prepared an amazing arrangement for my best friends bday and had it ready in under 2hours, after another location in Moreno Valley failed to deliver my order which was placed with them a week in advance. THIS LOCATION IS AWESOME! PLACE AN ORDER HERE AND YOU CAN TRUST IT WILL BE FULLFILLED.

Do not buy from this establishment the woman who apparently owns the place is RUDE beyond measure! No type of customer service whatsoever! I placed an order and hadn’t seen the receipt emailed to me, so I called as the money was deducted from my account I was answered by a SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL WOMAN. Worst experience I’ve ever had, not to mention I don’t even know if she credited my money back as she hung up multiple times! Do not buy from here I repeat do not buy from here! I’m from the inland area riverside to be exact and had to order from here because of where I needed it to be delivered but lord I’d rather have purchased from a reputable one out this way and delivered myself!RESPONSE TO OWNER- I never threatened you but you made sure to threaten me! I have witnesses to attest to your POOR service. Do not try to play victim you just didn’t think I’d leave a review but hey look at all your other reviews can’t just be me. Self reflect lady and conduct yourself and business better!

I was placing a $90 order and needed a slight adjustment. See the picture below. There are 2-3 buttons that say XOXO on top of the strawberries. It literally looks like they are placed on the top of the strawberries after the platter is arranged. I called to ask if they could NOT include those on the tray and was told NO. They can not make any adjustments to the product. I literally laughed at this because its such a simple request and they refused three times to comply. I am very disappointed. I placed an order at another location with no issue.

My daughter is deployed overseas and try to send me an edible arrangement from the one on grand Avenue in Chino Hills. The owner Christina Florez was extremely rude and try to tell her it was fraud for unknown reasons! When I called her regarding her being rude to my daughter who is alreadyHaving a hard time being away from her family and her child has to deal with this kind of person! Please do not do business with this edible arrangements on grand in Chino Hills the owner is Christina Florez a terrible person!

Suuuuuper great customer service. My sister and I were actual nightmares calling to reschedule a basket multiple times, because the recipient was rarely home. We ended up needing a reschedule (yet again) for same day delivery, and they accommodated us. Thank you!

Do not order from this shop. I had a very unpleasant conversation with Christina Flores- she claims she is the Owner. She was very rude loud and condescending while talking with me over the phone. She hung up on me. She tried to say she refuses to talk with me because i was yelling at her, when actually she was talking so fast and so loud that i could not get a word in, so I had to raise my voice just to get her to listen. Which she still refused to listen to me. She cancled my order and told me to go somewhere else. This order was for my cousins because their mother my Aunt just passed away. How could Christina be so uncaring?

They messed up my entire order. I payed for a bouquet of fruit with 18 chocolate covered bananas and strawberries, but they only gave me 6 chocolate covered bananas with the rest fruit. I paid for a teddy bear and balloons and did not get them. When I asked them about it, they were rude and told me they dont keep records of the orders! That was obvious a lie. Very rude service will never go there again.

Placed a order for pick up for 02/13/2021 for 12:30. Once i get there it turns out my order isnt ready or even in the process of being made...I had to show them conformation of my order after mins of them walking in and out they finally told me that they are working on my order chocolate strawberries sweetheart box the lady even confirmed my memo on the order. I finally get my order at 1:15pm only to that it wasnt what I ordered..... I understand its valentines weekend and its busy... but one im a paying customer that placed and order in advance... dont rush my order and give me me the simple chocolate strawberries and expect me to be on my way... youre not giving me what I paid for and 2nd dont lie to me and say sorry we have two orders with same name.. after you confirmed with me my memo and have it attached to the box... very poor customer service.

The fruit was delicious and I love their $ 5.99 snacks.The employees were fast, friendly and answered all my questions.Ill definitely go back soon because theyre going to start selling fresh baked cookies in a few days.

I ordered an edible bouquet arrangement that cost $60.00 and a popcorn for $6.99 for my God mother for mothers day. Popcorn never showed up and my e mail went unanswered when I asked about it. When I spoke to the owner she was rude and unprofessional. She stated that she is not going to go out of HER way to deliver a $6.99 popcorn! Then she pretty much told my husband in the background to shut up. I will never again order from the chino location!!

Be aware 1800flowers sell Edible arrangements but, the customer service is through a overseas company. I was not satisfied with their level of customer service. The arrangements was satifing and of good value.

Orders should be done in order not prioritize busineses over residential.specially if delivery aint free. We had to wait a whole day waiting to recieve annivesary gift yet i order on 5 days before. So even after all the wait i email them before they closed and they waited till after they closed to tell me they were not gonna deliever. Bs never ordering againJun 8: answering back. Dont use the codiv 19 as an excuse that day i called your store in the morning and the girl that answer told me i shouldnt worry. I did say it was an anneversary gift n as well as the card said it. Now the worst part is that no one from your store gave me a heads up. You guys close at 7 pm i got the call at 730 that yall were not delivering. Im sure i pay the same as some of the busisneses that got their order that probably order after me. For that reason your orders should be base on how they come in not as of what type (residential or commercial) just like pizza delivery. every one pays your over price prices the same. So everyone should have a chance to get their order the day they paid to get it. Take a note on how to be a delivery service or dont deliver at all. Last if some one is not getting their order call ahead of your closing time. Not after closing so you dont have to kill another special day for anyone else.

Even though Edible Arrangements does not guarantee delivery time, if they would return phone calls within more that 6 hours so they could get important details, the special events would not have been missed. Customer service at the 866 number was sure not sympathetic with customer service issues either.

This site did not deliver the edible arrangements on the date they said they would Mother’s Day. it came the next day. And when it arrived the fruit was very nasty looking and it smelled funny. Then they didn’t deliver with “refrigerated” vans like it says they do. They deliver through Grub Hub very disappointed.
