He said that he doesnt repair LG brand anymore, but since it was the rear of the phone and Id ordered the part from Amazon, he went ahead and did the repair. The price was excellent and he was quick! My daughters phone screen was cracked so I brought it in. They replaced the screen but some how broke the facial recognition. They offered another phone or I could send it off for 2 weeks to have it fixed. I decided to just keep the phone as is and roll with it. Also I paid extra for OEM screen. 4 months goes by and the screen starts going out again. This time phone was never dropped and screen wasnt broken. Take it into the shop again, I think it was the owner, tells me not covered under warranty because the screen broke. I told him its not broke its a defective screen. He refused to let it go, even though there was no damage to the screen. So he charged me full price for a new screen. I walked outside and realized I could just buy a new phone. I walked back in to get my phone and he already had it half way taken apart. I told him I dont want it fixed anymore, so he closed it up and gave it back. When I got home I broke the news to my daughter. She powered up the phone and wouldnt you know it started working again. The screen is still messed up a little,but at least it was working again. Funny how it was broken, but unplugging it and reconnected it got it working again.Ill never go back here again. Sold me junk screen, then try to rip me off again.

During the review of the phone he noticed a small dark spot on the screen that we did not even see. He pointed out the issue out and switched out the screen again so that it would be 100% perfect.After researching other places to get the repair I decided to come here based on past reviews of his customers. There are even complimentary water and chips plus a place to sit and watch tv while you wait. These guys seem honest and empathetic I called to get my fiancé’s iPhone unlocked we have been hanging onto the iPhonexs due to our newborns pics being on their I didn’t want to do anything in fear I’d lose the pics etc long story short they didn’t offer the service I needed but explained everything and pointed me in right direction. Ive took my iPhone to the service office today due to the screen went black suddenly, Ive been told it could be a screen or back lock issues and itll take 30 minutes to check. Id returned in 30 minutes and they told me after reset my phone the screen already got back to work, there is no need to replace any part whatsoever. The two Asian guys work there were the most honesty persons that Ive ever met and I was really appreciate it.

John was very Awesome, Professional and Honest. I was about to send my phone in to Samsung for an Insurance claim and decided to see John to see if he could fix it. I went to other repair shops and they had no clue about fixing a power port on a S10+. John fixed it in nothing flat.

They wanted to charge me 300 bucks i found a place that charged 150 so would not recommend this place it is a complete ripoff and I needed fixed was a cracked screen

When my daughter and I arrived at the shop we were first of all completely impressed with the cleanliness, decor, and the professional standards this shop upholds. Great and fast service. I walked in with no appointment and they took me right away. My phone was fixed in 40 minutes. It was so great that I brought my other phone that that same day. I looked up phone repair services near work and found Eddie and crew at Cheapest iPhone, iPad & Smartphone Repair in Chino. I called and they answered right away and gave me a quote and said to come in. Eddie was very helpful. I ended up going with an after market screen, after a week the screen was having issues, me being busy ignored it till it was way after the 30 day warranty. Eddie actually followed up with me twice and I told him the issue. I was told to come in anytime and they would replace the screen even though the warranty was weeks past expiration!! Eddie Kim is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. CIR is very clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. I got a data transfer deal for 75$ on a Samsung Galaxy S8. CIR is mainly a iPhone repair location, however, it does repair on a couple Android OS. Lucky to have found this place! Definitely reccomend!

I took my phone into CIR because my power button wasnt working, they diagnosed my phone and determined the problem was moisture got inside of the phone. They proceeded to take out a few components, and dried them out under a fan. Because they did not have to replace any parts, they didnt charge me anything. Talk about excellent customer service. Theyve earned a customer for life.

I SUPER recommend this place. Alex was incredibly helpful with relplacing my rear facing camera, and also found and fixed other issues that I wouldn’t have noticed, like my volume button. WOW!! This place is awesome. Eddie and John were the two gentlemen that helped me with my iPhone 6S. My power button wasnt turning off my phone. I went to two other places and both had said that I would have to take my phone to the Apple Store and they would have to send it out from there and would take a couple weeks to get back..ugh. WELL.. We went here with an iPhone 5c that had a broken charging port. Turns out it was just gunk stuck in the port. The representative cleaned the port for us at no charge, we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Its great to do business with honest people who arent trying to trick anyone into paying for something they dont need, I will definitely come back any time I have an issue with a phone I cant solve myself!

These guys are good. Very helpful! I took my phone there a couple weeks ago to have my LCD screen fixed. Then I had to go back yesterday to have my battery replaced due to a defective iFixit battery I had bought. Since I had been there already they gave me an old Iphone 6 battery that would carry me over temporarily.

Called the shop spoke to eddie, he is a cool dude not pushy and very nice. decide to bring in the phone for repair, nice looking shop, free water and chips. Eddie repair the screen in about 15mins and even put a temper glass screen protector. The price was right definitely will recommend and will use again.

I had to change my screen 3 different types because something was always wrong with it. The screens I got were glitchy, 3D touch didnt work, or the color was off. I think they only replace the screen with broken ones that were fixed. SMH.

This place is amazing! My daughters Iphone had salt water damage. In the interim she somehow managed to get her Iphone 5s working, which by the way, had a badly damaged screen. We had initially taken the phone to the place she previously had her phone screen fixed. Really nice guys, but in this case, he stated that he would have to send it out to a third party and had no confidence that it would be fixed. He had suggested that we buy a new phone. I am stubborn, so I had my daughter look for places around the area and she found CIR. I was greeted by Eddie, older guy of the two. I told him about the salt water damage, Eddie explained that salt causes other internal corrosion. He quickly did a motherboard test and gave us some hope, but even though he might be able to fix it, the salt might continue to do damage. He suggested with any water damage especially salt its important to bring it in quickly as he has a solution he is able to dip it in. After he explained those risks, we decided to give it a go. About 35 min later it was fixed. Thuc, the younger guy, greeted us with a full functioning phone! I was so impressed. Thuc tested all the functions of the phone cleaned the outside and had already place a free screen protector! Reasonable and fast, I would highly recommend this place! Definitely my location to get my tech items fixed.Well our happy story ended quickly....oof...As she dropped her phone again! But its been about a month and she still has a functioning phone!
