Beautiful kitchen! SO HAPPY!! We had a very small space to work with, yet had some ridiculously high quotes before finding Javier and his crew. He did what he could to meet us closer to our budget. They worked hard, and clearly cared about the final product and customer satisfaction. Good people. His wife was amazing to work with and has a good eye for design. She was very helpful in translating what we were wanting into options within our budget. The result was a beautiful kitchen we love to cook in. Will hire them again when its time to do our bathrooms.

Custom tile stone & decor sold me 2 piece of quartz from another location at $200 mark up. Good job, I can only blame myself for trusting them. Just glad it was only the quartz the same tiles they quoted were cheaper from home depot.

CTSD did a terrific job on completely remodeling our kitchen. Highly recommended for integrity, craftsmanship, and overall value. After a mold problem with a leaky dishwasher they demolished the entire kitchen and helped us create a beautiful new kitchen.

Custom Tile Stone & Decor Did a complete remodel of our Master Bath. This is an excellent company that truly strives to fully satisfy. Javier the owner and his Son Joey are highly professional with integrity, Very Patient, courteous and more importantly very trustworthy. They listened to all of our desires and made sure to explain to us any limitations that could occur along with possible options that could only improve our ideas. Joeys work installing the Shower Tile, Floor Tile along with the Fixtures, Lighting, Vanity Cabinets is Truly 2nd to none. His Attention to detail is very impressive and by far exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you Javier for making this amazing experience so painless and wonderful. Worst con man ever!!! Trusted this guy because I did see some reviews that he worked with a group of family members and I had a tile, and quartz countertops job. He used some questionable crew of 6 people that couldnt even finish 1000 sq ft in 3 days. Lazy people did a horrible job, cheap tile looked nothing like at the shop, very fragile, not level correctly. Had him replace 38 tiles in 5 different occasions. DO NOT USE HIM, CON MAN, LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL, USES CHEAP LABOR PEOPLE, CHEAP MATERIAL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Me and my husband hired Javier and his team; Enrique/AKA Quiqui, Steve, Gonzalo, Roger, Brian and the rest of the crew and we’re completely satisfied with the quality and timely manner in which our home project was done.These gentlemen were respectful, trustworthy, competent, kind hard workers. They left us with a beautiful home: painting/floors/kitchen/etc..Now to mention Javiers wife Maxine and boy what a gem she is. Once again Javier has demonstrated why he is the man when it comes to the design and installation of customized home improvements. A couple of years ago he did our tile and wood flooring and now he has done our kitchen remodel. If anyone wants to see a job well done just give us a visit. We had Javier do a Shower for us and we ended up having all the flooring in our house done as well as paint interior and exterior. I recently had my house remodled by Custom Tile Stone and Decor of Chino. They gutted and remodeled my three bathrooms, and kitchen. They also installed tile flooring in the three kitchens and laundry room. they installed about 1600 square feet of wood flooring in the dining room, kitchen and great room as well as the hallways. This was all done to a brand new house. Joey and Steven did such a great job that when I showed the work to one of my neighbors who was going to move in soon, he delayed his move in and hired Custom Tile Stone and Decor to remodel his new house before he moved in. I saw his finished product and it was another great job. Joey and Steven are like artists working with the tile and stone. This was my second house I had them work on.If I move again Javier of Custom Tile Stone & Decor will be the first person I call to work on my house.

Family owned operators they really did an outstanding job of earning our business. Weve already had a quote from Lowes and Home Depot. And these this husband and wife beat them both.

He outlined every item and cost for labor and materials in his estimate (no other contractor did this). I liked the fact that all work would be performed by his staff and not by any sub-contractors.Joey, Steve, and Ernie proved to be true professionals in their craft and made me feel 100% confident that the job was going to be done right. They worked hard and efficient, 6 days a week, for 4 ½ weeks. At the end of each day, they made sure to clean up and put all of their tools away. At the end of our project, we did a walk through with Joey and Steve and they addressed all of our concerns until we were fully satisfied.We have received many compliments on how great the house looks and the quality of the workmanship. When we’re ready to remodel our bathrooms, I will not hesitate to call Javier and have his company do the project.
