They remodeled this place and it seems like theres less beer to me now. More food items and convenience store type items. I liked it better before when the alcohol seemed more abundant.

Always have the hugest selection to choose from to where you cant even make up your mind LOL but as long as you choose one Im sure youll be a happy camper. These guys were actually friendly and compliant. What actually impressed me. Was a store worker actually excused themselves because they just needed to get by and was about 5 feet away but didnt want to come closer till I moved back a bit. Thank you for that! Its greatly appreciated that at least your people have common sense and show care for these crazy times we are dealing with. Great job!

I asked for a bottle of tequila from the case. A woman helped me and brought it to the cashier. I had a 10 off coupon and the cashier told me I didnt purchase enough to qualify. I thought it was odd but just asked her to charge me for an additional wine bottle. It wasnt until I reached the event that I was bartending that I realized I didnt have the tequila bottle. I had to go to a liquor store nearby where I paid triple the price for the tequila and I ended up with an extra wine bottle I didnt need.

BevMo is always amazing. Im like a kid in a candy store in there. All the whiskey, all the beers, all the wines, all the key lime Le Croix.

They have allot that you dont see in regular liquor stores

Amazing selection, you can find almost any of what youre looking for. The staff I spoke with werent very friendly or helpful when I was inquiring about an out-of-stock item and when it might be restocked, but they still have good deals on lots of rare, high quality finds.

Larger new store with plenty of space to maneuver your basket through the store. The isles are wider and the lights are brighter so you can see and fi d what you are looking for. The staff is helpful and well knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, the Romulan Ale lead was a dead end. But I did aquire 1 750 ML Gulden Draak, 1 750 ML Delirium Belgian Ale, and a 6 pack of Einstok White Ale. My weekend leave begins with a bet. I love doing wine tasting on as many Saturdays as i can. I am so happy with the 5 cent wine tasting fee (yup) only 5 cent and you taste what they have as samples. I absolutely LOVE Stephanie as our hostess! She is AWESOME! Great customer service. Always friendly, always smiling, always welcoming! She needs to get tipped WELL for her costumer service! By the way, this was a featured special in the wine tasting department on special for $19.99. It was ag ood buy so i bought it but unfortunately was not available for sampling.

Prices arent that good, some wines are cheaper at Stater Bros like the Carlo Rossi Sangria is a dollar cheaper at Stater Bros. which I find kind of annoying since this place sells mainly liquor and should really have better prices on all booze than the overpriced grocery store but nope! One thing I do really like is they do the second bottle on some wines is only an extra 5 cents. This would be cool if they had that deal on any good wines... All the wines I have tried that gave 2nd bottle for 5cents this yr were no good, even the 60/bottle ones were nasty. Will give 5 stars when they put in more registers, was in line for a half hr tn going all the way to the back of the store...and hopefully they start giving better deals on Paso Robles wines, seems like all the really nice Paso Robles wines are pretty much never on sale even though its basically local wine that should be discounted to some extent since it doesnt have to ship far at all so I just always have to pay full price to get anything halfway decent since every sale wine I have tried was just nasty stuff I end up just pouring down the drain. Other than that it is good, would like to see some sales on Caymus, 80/bottle is okay, but would be better if they put it on special for 70/btl here and there but they dont and prob never will.

I love BevMo but they are a bit expensive. Also, what’s up with the employees closing 20 minute early? The store hours said they’re open until 8pm...I showed up at 7:40 and the doors were already locked. Not a good look, guys.

Everything is overprice! Supposedly you save when you have a BevMo card, but you still pay more compared to competitors pricing. Definitely not coming back!Staff was cool though.

This one has WAAAAAY less selection than the old store. Go to Total Wine in Rancho, where youll be treated better and have a bigger selection for lower prices.

Larger and way better organized and layed out than most with a fairly decent selection.

I generally come here for some craft beer when the occasion arises. The selection here isnt as vast as youd find in a Total Wine & More, but its the best you can get here in Chino/Hills. Prices are also OK, especially compared to some of the local liquor stores. This place also has some very knowledgeable employees, especially when it comes to beer so if youre looking for something other than Bud/Coors/Miller/Dos Equis/Corona/etc. be sure to let them know!

Michael hosts an excellent beer tasting every Friday. Glen, the store manager, is very understanding. He let me return a keg even though I had lost the receipt. Other liquor stores may breifly draw me away but I always end up back here.

Id spend a lot more money here if they would allow six packs to be broken up like Total Wine does. As a craft beer geek, I dont buy 6 of any beer normally, its always singles and bombers. Plus the prices and selection at Total Wine are far superior. The only thing BevMo has is more convenient locations.

You cant go wrong with grabbing alcoholic beverages and snacks from BevMo!. Not only do they have a wide selection of pretty much every type of alcohol you can imagine, but the staff is always willing to help out with whatever you need. The prices are pretty competitive, and in the end worth it if you take advantage of promotions and membership points. This is my go to if Im in the area for party stuff.

Staff members need to know how/what to recommend. We were here buying some ciders for a Xmas party. Guy told us if you like ciderw youll really like these here. Boy was he wrong these things tasted like they were made/brewed in jail. I still go to Bevmo but will think twice taking recommendations from staff.

If I could I wouldnt even give a star! This place has the worst customer service. I came in here today and was given the cold shoulder. I was looking for a specific wine and walking the aisle store manager walked right passes me and didnt even greet me. I asked if they carried a specific wine and without even offering an alternative the lady told me no. I approached a another worker and asked him and he said I dont know. So whats the purpose of this place if no one is willing to help. I eventually put back the 4 bottles of wine I was going to purchase and decided I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

BevMo is nice. Its a walmart of liquor stores. The reason why its only 4 stars is because BevMo can become expensive and typically only has so much in selections. I typically am one to go to a good family owned liquor store to find a large rotating selection of stuff youve never seen before. Besides that, BevMos good for knowing what you want and getting a lot of it.
