If I could rate this place in the negatives I would, front desk lady gave my mom attitude and was not helpful at all but when a man came in her attitude changed and was eager to talk/help him, while my mom was still waiting on paperwork she had asked for way before he got there. Do not recommend this place, need better staffing.

I think you need to be with your contractor to view the slabs in the back. Great selection and prices! Bought granite for the kitchen and laundry room. Very happy!

The customer service at this showroom is horrendous. The staff themselves didnt know whats going on and where things are. The sale assistant in the front was rude and literally yelled at me insread of helping me out. Im so disappointed!!

By far the best bang for the buck if you have a business account with them.Dont expect to be in and out. Theres usually a wait of about 30 min for service as theyre pretty busy.Grace is amazing. Knowledgeable, kind, and fast. She was super patient with me when I was first starting out. I actually learned a lot from her.Its a one stop shop with a lot to choose from. Only place I shop for my kitchen remodels now.

Buyer beware!!! Do not buy from here as cabinets come in different colors and they will make you the runaround when you try to exchange something. Dont waste your time as I did.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I waited there 3 hours to pick up 10 prefabs and 3 cabinets. I had 3 different sales orders that I handed to the lady in the loading dock. She lost one of them and kept denying that I handed it to her. I wont be doing business with them again.

Can’t seem to get their phone number to work for leaving messages and finding out about their products. They need to call themselves and see how dysfunctional their customer service is from that aspect.

Prices are very reasonable but they lack on customer service. Be aware that sometimes, even if you call ahead of time and ask for availability for certain material and they say that they have it, it might be out of stock.

Update: like I said before the cabinets better looking than they are functional. Empty, all the soft close functions worked fine, but as soon as we put silverware and then kitchen towels in some of the drawers they dont close all the way with out a push.They will design a layout for your contractor but its basically just what will fit in your space, you could do just as good yourself with a paper and tape measure. If you do have them do it check every detail for layout mistakes that youll that in the end (especially where spacers are inserted, they put all the dead space between two of our cabinets which looked very strange in the end). I did end up replacing the shelf hangers with a better design that uses an L shape and the shelf pushes the peg in but I had to cut all the upper shelves which showed how thin the veneer is. I had to be very careful if I didnt want it to chip. The lower corner (lazy Susan) cabinets are adjustable but extremely difficult to adjust and our contractor put one of the top ones in backwards exposing an unfinished edge. This required me to remove the turn table and screw it to the other side, which was very difficult because the shelf cannot be removed from the cabinet as its longer than any other point in the cabinet. Reassembling it in the cabinet was very difficult since the parts rotate and you have to realign the screw holes while leaning through the tiny door.Contractors, if it seems like to good of a deal it probably is and it will hurt your customers in the long run. Chances are the customer wont tell you it was bad they just will never call you again. Especially if you are dismissive because your overwhelmed.Original Review:Not awful cabinets but a lot of the shelf holes were drilled out too big for the pegs they supplied and the pegs seemed very weak and only rely on the hole for support of the shelf because the pegs stick out below the shelf. The colors did not match on some of the fill pieces they provided. These were expensive cabinets and some of the non-adjustable parts were not well aligned. If your contractor suggest you get your cabinets to them I would strongly suggest look somewhere else. They also didnt provide enough shelves for the pantry and the pantry is to low to the ground compared to the other cabinets.Our contractor sent us to them to take a look at what cabinets we would want and they told us when we walked in they dont deal with the public. they were also extremely rude in the way they said it.We told them we understood and were there to look at cabinets and they just kept telling us the same thing when we asked them what we were supposed to do they said walk around and look at the cabinets. 🙄

Extremely Rude Service.I received damaged cabinets from ngy and called them and asked them if I could return them. Over the phone they said I could. I drove 30 miles to return them only to find out that the warehouseman said I could not because they could not verify they were damaged when I receive them. I replied Can you verify that they were not damaged when I received them because it was a sealed box? The cabinet face had no scratches on it but it was clear and obvious that the drawer had been dented prior to the painting of the drawer. It was a painted dent in the face of the drawer. They said that they would charge me for new faces. I explained to them that they were going to lose my business and the tens of thousands of dollars that I have in work that is coming up in the near future and will not go to them if they make me pay $40 for new fronts of drawers that I did not damage. They said there was nothing they could do for me. Ngy has lost my business due to their stubbornness and the accusations that I am dishonest. I will not be doing business with ngy. There is no bargain in receiving damaged cabinets at a low price. I will not install damaged cabinets in my customers homes because they are inexpensive. Ngy thinks theyre too big to fail. In my book they have failed in customer appreciation and service and they will not receive my business anymore.

Everytime I come here, my expectation is to spend at least half my day here because for some inexplicable reason, it takes each customer about an hour to help. Even if its a small return or exchange.Dont even get me started on the loading time.Overall, this place maybe cheap in material cost, but be prepared to pay with your time. BIG TIME (pun intended).
