Im so glad that this is one fabric/craft store that has been able to hang in there throughout the years.This last visit I went in for was for only a return of serger thread that I overbought. The young gal there was very friendly and gave the refund with no problem, although I did have the receipt. She was very fast, friendly and courteous which I value.This is my go to place when Im in need of sewing supplies since they always have what I need in stock.You can sign up for their emailing list and get great coupons as well.

Staff is nice. Place is clean and well stocked. Live their clearance sections....wish they had more kids craft stuff.

Came in with my mom and didnt get anything that day but it was awesome the way she lights up whenever she sees the deals and clearance items. All the workers are nice to her and she loves it.

Joann is just fabulous except for the creeping beads guys some 5 & 8 mm crimping Beads. other than that you guys are on point with the prices thats low for everyones Pockets and to have what I and many others needs, you guys are you guys are bomb.

Very nice staff and very helpful i entered the store with only 15 minutes before closing time and was still greeted with a warm welcoming feeling. They answered my fabric questions quickly and because that location was out of stock helped me find it online to lock in the sales price.

The store is alway clean the people are nice.

I went out of my way to go to this location because I have projects to start...I walked in and the store had 2 employees. One at register and one on the floor..that poor floor person was super busy..and every customer needed help. Sadly, the store had very little to really choose from, and lots of empty shelves. I actually found nothing I needed and left. If you are inspired to create, go to a different location or online....

Ive shopped JoAnn for years. The Chino Store, continues to lack in Customer Service. I have called their headquarters, they appologize, yet the problem seems to be consistent. This is a problem that really needs to be fixed. Also this store really needs to display pricing on their thread.

Picking up some craft equipment

Connie at the cut counter is amazing. Everyone was polite and friendly. The new location is so bright and modern! Its currently a little under stocked but considering the sales and it being right after Xmas during the pandemic its understandable. This might be my favorite location. (I shop a lot at Covina, good stock just kinda cramped, and Ontario.)

Love that Im always able to find what I need. Connie was so helpful and was able to provide some guidance based on the project that Im doing. 🙏😁

Yay! They have an electric cart! I just visited this newest location its a large beautiful modern store everything I expected and more! I hated to leave ! Will return soon! check in at kiosk near cutting tables and this large screen lets associates know you need help never have to go looking for help help comes to you!

They always have the best craft, decor, and DIY items. It is funny because they are a fabric store but I rarely actually purchase fabric here. Dont misunderstand, they have tons of fabric from which to choose but I buy so many other things here

Oh wow. The new store, on the East side of Chino Town Square is huge! Well organized, well staffed. Linda, my personal fave, had been with Joann Fabrics and Crafts for quite a number of years. Shes your best bet if youre looking for something particular. The other staff are great, too! They have increased their sale offerings, which is great for us consumers.

Great friendly service, on point knowledge for beginners to advance crafts.

This was my first time in this Joann. It was great !! Theres this employee, I didnt notice his name, he is tall and thin. He was very helpful. He took me right to the isle I needed.I will definitely return to this retailer

They are so friendly, courteous and helpful. Im worried at the lack of items on the shelf, but maybe thats just due to the increase in home crafts. Im so glad they are open again and they moved closer to Target.

The employees at the cut table were very rude. Specifically the older male who does not monitor the screen. He takes the people out of order. Its frustrating when you have been waiting a long time and they take whoever walks up before the people who follow the rules and sign in. The older female is always chatting and never cutting. I left my items and quickly left because its happened before. I am not giving my money to this Chino location ever again!

Workers are doing their best to help. Only 10 people in store at time.first come first serve. limit 2 yards per fabric per person. One person comes out one person goes in. If people take a long time shopping it takes a long time to get in. Please treat the workers nicely.

It moved from one side of the mall to the other and the new store is beautiful. It was my first time visiting since the move. Its easy to navigate. All clean and nice. The staff was helpful from the time I got in to the moment I left. It was exactly what the store needed. Its easier to find now too. Its right next to Target. Highly recomended

I love this place. You can get all your hobby needs in one place. From silk flowers, yarn and accessories, fabrics and notions. Seasonal items and with there app you can have coupons right on your phone.

Recently remodeled, its so nice and clean all the time.

Not a very big store, nor a super big selection, but the staff is very friendly and will make sure you find what you came in looking for, even if its at another store. People before Profits.

Their place is bigger than their previous location. They have more space for classes now, and the staff is always friendly. I can also usually find whay Im looking for there.

I went today to pick up my online order. The lady outside was super rude. She was literally arguing with everyone that walked up. The website says 10:00-5:00. When I showed up at 4:02 she rudely shouted were closed before I said a word and then went back to arguing with the lady that was there before I walked up. I tried to explain that I was there for online pick up not to shop in store. She again argued that they close at 4. I told her that they really need to update their info online. 3 other families walked up in a span of about 5 minutes and they all got the same rude attitude. One lady even tried to politely explain that she tried calling and had come from far. The lady said, Our lines are down, we arent taking any calls and Ive had people come from farther. Nothing I can do. She was incredibly rude and honestly no one even so much as raised their voice to her. I think we were all just in shock. Super unprofessional.

Young people only working. I was looking for crushed walnut shells for a project. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She asked me if you could eat them, the young supervisor. I just looked at her. A customer said I should look on line. Joanns needs to have at least one knowledgeable adult working at all times. I stopped going to La Verne, Covina for this same reason.

I liked it better before the changed locations, now I feel like all of the prices went up and it is over fancy, a lot of the store is mostly the classes and the cut counter, I feel like they could have used a little more of that space for more variety of products, dont have every thing I am looking for anymore Michaels is much cheaper.

This particular store is newer and more organized than the other JoAnn stores that my wife frequents.
