I usually dont leave reviews but this time I was blown away by KBDs customer services and attention to details. I purchased my Jeep JL new Fenders from them and they were not satisfied until I was 100% happy with them. From the smallest details they made sure everything was taken care of. Overall KBD took care of me. Great Job Guys!!!

SERVICE: Very courteous and pleasant customer service from Arthur, who handled my questions and phone-sale over multiple calls/inquiries. I just got off the phone with a well-known parts seller and was dealt with curtly from beginning to end. Makes you appreciate good customer service like I got here.PRODUCT: The Nismo bumper was a good product and the price could not be beat.NOTE: had to drill all holes.

I’m extremely disappointed with kbd. I understand with what’s going on that shipping takes longer than usual, but if I’m a local customer.. I don’t think it’s fair that need to pay shipping ($99) when I can literally walk to the store and pick it up. I called and they told me they couldn’t help me, that I had to order online.

I got a nismo/ n3r bumper for my 06 Nissan 350z driver side fit up pretty good passenger side had about an inch gap under the headlight. I believe the version of the bumper that I was given was the light weight version, although it was light it was also less sturdy it broke on the freeway and bent in on itself a few time I also believe that with the wind at high speeds it does push the lip down and causes it to scrape.

I am happy now. David just called me and helped me find a solution to attach the grilles. He is very nice. If anyone has any problems with the parts he is the one to talk to. Thanks

I’ve worked closely with the KBD team to developed and recreate a bumper for the 5th gen Honda Prelude. They were so attentive to detail, patient with our group and request, and was able to still produce quality products! so far everything fits snug and just like oem.

Excellent customer service by Arthur! I purchased a front lip for my WRX and the first one arrived damaged. I called Arthur and sent pictures of the damaged part. He sent out a new part that arrived in excellent condition. Now to the body shop and paint!

I never leave reviews, but the horrible experience i had with KBD itll all it took. When placing these on my 1995 sc300 all I had was issues. The drivers side fit okay, but the passenger side didnt come close to fitting. There are no instructions on how to get them to fit as they assume that you will give them to professionals to install. I did have a professional help me with installation and no amount of trimming, pulling, or heating the fenders got them to fit properly. I did contact KBD for help and was only met with shoddy ways on how to get them to fit, poor grammar, and a refusal of a refund and replacement.I did finally get my money back for the fenders, but it took a better part of 3 months of me calling them even when they said they would call me. If you want your money back, which you likely will then expect to be incredibly persistent.

I pride myself in being of the more destructive of Gods creatures. Taking clame to the likes of even the most robust of products. A Allison transmission, a 8.1L vortec engine, and a 700hp carbon driveshaft are just a few of the victims of my total disregard of mechanical sympathy... Buy much to my surprise. These kbd body kits withstand my abuse like the great pyramids of Egypt stand the test of time. Unphased by my intentional assault on their structure with a 2500 Silverado quickly preceeded by a 28ft steel enclosed trailer, they came out of such a crucible with not a scar or blemish to show. Taking many a trip around the track with me in the following years (sometimes on the car, sometimes trailing behind like an energetic puppy) they have proven to both an incredible friend and a respected foe. For it is the one thing unable to fall to the severity of my prideful destruction. Like professor X to magneto... I will get you one day... But man do I respect you.
