I barely had one foot in the door, and Justin greeted me and asked what he could do for me. He was pleasant and professional. I needed to print a postage paid label for USPS, he gave me the email address to send it to, and I had my label in minutes. I have never been disappointed when using this location. I use this store for prepaid return label shipping often. I really appreciate the convenience afforded here.Update 10/18/21. Today I returned to copy a shipping label to the same merchant I printed a label for last week. I was told by a female employee that the cost would be $5.00. I responded that I paid $2.00 plus tax a week earlier. She was short tempered and snappy and replied the previous employee made an error. When I said I had never paid more than around $2.00 she said they increased all their prices a month earlier. She further said all print jobs are $5.00 plus $.17 per page. I just gave this establishment a raving review last week but will no longer return here. Just down the street at Chino Print and Copy the price is still $2 plus tax. They will be printing for me from now on.
The WORST Customer Service. Yuck!!!!Plus, attempting to get a human being from Corporate is a joke.I am editing this as I had a good laugh. I read the reviews and find it hilarious that they have this many horrible reviews with the same issue and refuse to do anything. I was not electing to use this store out of want, but necessity.I have no intention of using this location for anything in the future and will happily go out of my way to find other solutions (I can see the eye roll - lol) regardless due to location, but find it sad that even Corporate does not intervene on this. I get it, they make their billions and could care less about a store location, but still sad.
Horrible customer service. The young girl that helped me was rude, had no communication or personal skills and looked at me like I was wasting her time. When asked what else I needed to know concerning notarizing a will and witnesses, after turning me away the first time, she said other than fixing a few things it was good. We came back the next day with witnesses that were related and she said once again she couldnt notarize the will. Said our witnesses couldnt be related to us. This is exactly why I asked her if there was anything else we needed to know before coming back. She never mentioned that and it was a complete waste of our time not to mention the fact that she stormed off and said she would not do our notarizing after we just simply asked her to use her brain and think a little when answering questions that people ask when this process is new to them. She is supposed to be the professional. She has no manners and no personality and if you cant have those when dealing with the public then why have the job. Called their Prescott Valley location and got the runaround when asked for a manager to call me back. Never got a call. This store will continue to lose money from rude employees. They should be concerned about this and correct the problem if they plan on staying in business. As for me Ill never go back and there are other stores that provide these services.
Ordered a print job (4 pieces of paper) and paid for it online. Went to pick it up and they told me that it hadn’t been printed and that she couldn’t print it off. Why offer printing services if you can’t print a simple document? Never wasting my time or money here again.
Very rude not overly bright plus size young female required loud responses to tame her surley service. Drove to Prescott today and went to a UPS store rather than going 500 yards to the Chino pit.
The worst customer service. Ive been trying to get a paper notarized for over a week and every time I go in there shes either on lunch break, break or not even there. Do these people even work?
This is a garbage location. So many errors in shipping from here. Twice, returns to Amazon were sorted and labeled incorrectly even though I handed them the printed out labels Amazon gives you to bring to them. I ended up getting charged by Amazon because they didnt get the item back with the correct label in the correct box. I also brought in a relatively light package on New Years Eve at about 10am and was charged $80 for it. its now afternoon of the 5th day and they tell me its still sitting in their store. The lady on the phone was very short with me on the phone and seemed annoyed that I was even asking about it.
While I understand that the clerk had issues with my daughter and granddaughter earlier, she lied to me that a package had already been returned. The owner claimed this was a miscommunication. If you think lying is good customer service, go here. Otherwise, Id head across the street to USPS.
Horrible customer service. Upon entering, the lady behind the counter was standng at the fax machine talking to the customer ahead of me. My presence was not acknowledged at all they continued chatting for several minutes about how it was her last day there because she got another job. Then about the neighborhoods that they lived in and other stuff. I realize that she must have been waiting for a fax or something, but it would have taken 5 seconds to take my package or to at least say hi. Horrible customer service. Guess she didnt care since it was her last day there.
The store itself is well run. However 2 out of 3 of the boxes I sent this past 2 months had problems getting to there destination. I had to call customer service to locate the packages. Both were sent to a ups access point and were difficult to pick up, the delivery driver did not leave a slip as to where the packages could be located. I wont be shipping with ups anymore. Its unfortunate because it is cheaper to ship with ups, but I guess you get what you pay for.
Horrible customer service. Told me it would be there by Monday and it won’t be there until Friday. When I called and asked why, they said they have no control over what UPS does because they are just a retail store. I said but you told me it would be there Monday when I asked! He didn’t accept any responsibility. I had to ship a replacement overnight and pay again (didn’t go back to this store) and they refused to refund anything. The clerk was extremely rude and didn’t care about losing my business at all. I explained I will not be using them if they say it will be there when it won’t, I will have to use another company. He didn’t care at all.
I came in for a notary last week and forgot a lot of my personal documents on the counter. The documents did not have a phone number to reach me, but my address was on them so the gentleman who works here DROVE the documents to my house. That is incredible customer service. Small town service at its finest.

Worst UPS store I ever visited. No one, not even the manager know what they are doing when mail for corporate accounts! To much incompetence. Id advise you to chose another location for accurate service.
When I visited this store I was met with exceptional customer service. A tall gentleman packaged my china very well and due to it being a prepaid label from the post office, he even carried it across the street to the post office for me since it wouldnt fit in my car because it was too large! Excellent.
I have been going into this store for over a year to send my amazon returns via UPS and I have my label printed. The label from ups clearly says it’s free for drop off to a ups store. They last three times I have gone to the ups store in Chino Valley the guy has been so rude and denies me dropping my package off unless I donate a $1.00. I have never ever had to do that before and should be able to drop off no problem. I printed the label with my ink and paper and my packaging. What a scam this guy is and always rude. I do not recommend this ups store. Why call yourself a ups store if I can’t drop something off for ups pick up??
I came in yesterday, 6/12/19, and Travis was incredibly helpful with my resume needs. I am not the best with computers, so I very much appreciate how wonderful and polite he was.
Two clerks talking, I entered and they finished their conversation before asking what I needed. The male began helping me but female didnt look up from her point of sale position. Another customer came in behind me. Young male clerk stopped process on my order to help other customer, and carried on a long conversation with that customer. I gathered my items and left. This is very unprofessional behavior and these clerks need additional training.
This was really sad. UPS storefront sign says they make copies. I go in and ask if I can print a Word Document from my flash drive and the answer was yes. Great! She pointed to the self serve computer. No problem... until she said credit card Only What! They dont except CASH! Cash was all I had so I was unable to get my project done because they dont except cash. That is just STUPID!
This store has horrible service. The employees have no power to make any decisions regarding customer service.It cost us $10 to have a notary sign. The notary told my husband where to put all his info yet forgot to tell him to sign in front of him( the whole reason for a notary). Now we sent someone 5 hours away with a title to a vehicle that is invalid.The employee working hung up on me and then did not answer when I called back twice.I will never step foot in there again.
Paid extra money for 2 day shipping. Was hoping to have my product this Friday. Didnt receive a confirmation notice the day I bought it. Figured it would be the same as all my other orders. Come home to a package on my porch. Nope, no package...just a we missed you note & a reschedule for Monday with the same f***ing time they showed up when I wasnt home the 1st time...cause its not f***ing obvious to show up again at an earlier time. Now the extra $30 I spent for 2 day delivery gets pocketed by them & all my plans for this weekend get canceled. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks because no one works Memorial day weekend. Thanks UPS, I understand that its my fault that I dont check my emails for updates. Its completely clear that all the other dozen times Ive ordered stuff, no signature was needed. The one time I pay to have my product delivered when I needed it, I get f***ed. Thank you.

I have had various problems with this particular store. From not having printing orders ready when the email notification say they were, to the store refusing to ship an item because they claim to not accept prepaid return labels. I would run, run far away from this store and support the local ship and copy business in Chino Valley. UPS is a great company but there franchised stores suck!
Best customer service and best UPS store in entire AZ. I highly recommend this location for anyone who needs a notary, fax, and shipping services.
