Dave helped us with getting what we need to set up our phone.,which was not easy because of dealings with a third party. Also help us retrieve photos we thought were lost forever. Great person to work with.

I had to transfer 7 lines form Tmobile to Verizon so I went to Doug because online doesnt know what you really need. I have some phones here and others in other states that I needed to coordinate transferring. You need to know that there will be issues and its not Dougs fault. I had to deal with a phone that was not compatible and buy one that was not expected and none of that was Dougs fault. It was my stuff. So he helped Johnny on the spot and was lightening quick regarding solving problems. I appreciate his help and grateful hes local.

This guy is by far the rudest person that Ive dealt with in a very long time. I cant believe his customer service is so poor and hes still in business. I was not expecting him to pick up and say what do you want. I will never ever go here definitely go to any other Verizon store in yavapai county.

He was very rude and threw away a SIM card a friend had. He made her dig through the trash. Charges $10 before he’ll look at your phone.

When I first came to Arizona I was located in Chino Valley. Shortly thereafter I found myself in need of assistance with Verizon Wireless cell phone service. I had 53 cents to my name. So, I did what Ive always done. I bartered with the first person that would hear me out. Doug at dtech Wireless in Chino Valley worked with me. He accepted a couple nice sets of Batman Hot Wheels in exchange for service. That got me off and running again and now Im cleaning up! Making deals from Phoenix to Flagstaff. God Bless you Doug! After talking to a Verizon rep via online chat, I was more confused and limited to upgrading my service when I didnt want to. But the Chino Valley staff was super helpful and much more knowledgeable than the rep. He was able to get me and my husband new phones while staying on the plan we had for an incredible monthly increase of only $1. Hes honest and straight to the point, which some may understand as rudeness. I would totally recommend this place.

Old phone had just broken the day that I got in and got this brand new phone. Guy who helped me pick out and buy the phone was extremely friendly and made everything easy to understand. Overall an incredible experience.

He made a few suggestions without any pressure and after he answered some questions and gave me some information about the other phones I decided to go with a new phone. I have gone in to this store several times, the owner tries to make me feel guilty everytime for having not purchased my phone locally from his store. One time he even called me a traitor. Well, when Doug buys a house in Chino Valley and pays property taxes for police and fire protection, and his kids are enrolled in Chino Valley School District, or maybe sponsors a little league or pee wee football team, or shucks corn at the Corn Dinner, and his wife gets her hair cut at a local beauty shop, instead of residing in Peoria, I might be able to look past being called a traitor. I was born and raised in this town so he can NOT say I dont shop local. By the way, I did purchase a small computer from him that his kid didnt want anymore for $150.00, which is probably more cash in hand than if I had gotten a phone from him. I will Not set foot in his store again and will Not refer any one either.

Its great to support a local business especially one like our new Verizon store . Ive been doing Verizon business in our area for 15 years and its so nice to have knowledgeable, polite new employees like Jeffrey, David and Jay.

So my experience with Verizon has been terrible. Horrible customer service... First a brand new phone that cost over $800 fails after 2 months. Verizon sends me a new refurbished one under warranty but over night shipping is going to take 5 days to receive because they shipped it to the wrong address even after asking me for the new address. Then I call a local store in Chino Valley to see how much it would cost for a cheap phone to get me by for the week and the guy interrupts me after finding out Im not wanting anything expensive and asks if he can call me back because he is with a customer!?!? Please do not engage in conversation with me and then tell me you dont have time to talk. Focus on customer service and NOT SALES! Ive talked with enough people at Verizon to realize they dont care about their customers.

I am tired of all of the robo calls I receive each day. All cellular carriers like Verizon purposely make it so we cant block these calls on our phones. They are making money from each call that we get. We pay enough for them to fix this. Im looking for another carrier

Verizon is a criminal organization that extorted and coerced money from me and didnt provide the services I paid for. Then proceeded to throw my account into collections after I cancelled services and I never got the promised credit issued back to my account. They lied to me and caused so much grief I cant even explain it all here its too much to write. Theyre an absolute horrible company!
