The staff works so hard and diligently to provide superior service, the pharmacy was very busy, but they gave each and every person the time of day and treated everyone very politely. The pharmacist was very polite and went the extra mile to juggle vaccinations and customers questions very professionally and I was very impressed with this hard working team. Thank you very much, it means alot for someone to even try, let alone, make sure the customers were taken care of effectively.

We went to the pharmacy to pick up $178 prescription and the clerk, Rylie, not only told us about a discount pharmacy website, but went on her phone to look our prescription up and found a code that saved us $100. All the staff that I observed there were helpful and friendly

I have tried to call the store four times and every time theyre automated system hangs up on me. Terrible terrible service

There is a new young girl named Bianca working here as a cashier. Shes kinda rude. She is definitely not a people person. Not polite. Never smiles. Doesnt seem happy to be there or happy to be making a living by working there. Dont know why she is working customer service. I could do 10 times better of a job than her and Ive only worked a year and a half in customer service. They should get rid of her. Or put her strickly on stocking duties. All the other cashiers have been very nice.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I got told by a manager wearing a grey manager vest with black and grey curly hair that he was too busy to answer my question, while he was stocking shelves. Never coming back or recommending this Walgreens to anyone.

Was told to wait 10-15 minutes to have them fill a simple prescription. After a 45 minute wait they still hadnt started on filling it. If you are reading this Im still probably sitting and waiting for my meds.....Go elsewhere!

The black pharmacist here is so rude. We have dealt with him several times and he is flat out rude. Others in line said, thats just the way he is.I was asked yesterday if I had a question for the pharmacist by the techs. From behind a panel, I heard him say, well, its the wrong question.He never looked up and never came from behind the panel. I never asked my question because he never came out.Thanks Walgreens. It must not bother your company to have a rude pharmacist. Hes been here quite a while.HEADED TO CVS.

These people are imbeciles and incompetent at best. The pharmacist is rude like everyone says and Kerry I believe is her name doesnt even know were she works. I have switched to Safeway and hope everyone that reads this does also. Im not being facetious Im just stating facts. You would think that Walgreens Corporation would at least investigate all the complaints against these people and get rid of them!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on Walgreens they are really hitting rock bottom no wonder CVS and other pharmacies are running them into the ground. I should not have used words with more than two syllables they wont understand what I am saying. The google user that said she new these people and they wouldnt do that is probably the person were all complaining about.

This stores pharmacist is a joke. He thinks he knows better then the doctors who write your scripts. He will refuse to give you your medication. Say hes contacting your doctor for clarification and never do it so you have to call your doctor and have them call him. Plus they are just slow. Poor service all around. Just go to safeway and get it done right the first time with mich less headaches

I have not had a problem with the Pharmacy for the last 3 years and getting my prescriptions filled on time. I am on the auto call system so am notified when a prescription is due for a refill. It is always ready when I arrive at or after the time they say it will be ready. We do not take much prescription medicine, thankfully, but have not had any trouble for over 3 years. Sometimes they are slow at the counter but most of the staff is friendly. One last thought is if you are unable to get a prescription because the pharmacist says it will have an adverse reaction to what you are currently taking I would be happy to know. I would then get a hold of my doctor to see what should be done. I would rather that than get very ill from the wrong medicine. Sorry to hear of others bad experiences.

Chino Valley location is horrible in keeping stock especially in the cosmetic department!!! When ever you ask one of the employees when items will be stocked no one knows. I had to start ordering my products on Amazon!

Walgreens is overrated and over priced, I like CVS better

They are the most expensive pharmacy over all. Try by looking at GoodRx and you’ll see for for yourself. My daughters prescription was $363.00 through Walgreens and $11.03 at Safeway and Fry’s.
