Dear Reader,If you are reading this, contemplating what to get while scrolling through their endless menu, stop and get the Q Mochi & Pudding Shaved Ice. Its literally the only thing I get whenever I go to a Meet Fresh. Eating this shaved ice is like going on a sweet, squishy, and soft dessert journey. I think there are seven different toppings on this shaved ice. So. many. toppings.The interior is also very nice. First time being here. The interior is clean and nice. This place reminded me of being In Taiwan. Their menu has a lot of variety and are affordable. I was after for is the black sugar bobba, which is just par level to the other black sugar milk teas I tasted. There is a self service kiosk where you can order rather wait in line for a personnel. Service is fast

Great Taiwanese dessert place, despite the busy wait and long line, girl staff are very friendly and working on their top speed. Dessert is very authentic and delicious.

Finally a location that is opened nearby! Been having to visit these Taiwanese desert chains, only by driving over 30 min to Rowland Heights, or to San Gabriel. If you want to eat or drink any Taiwanese desserts, hot or cold, this is the place to go. They have a self serve area, or you can order with someone and ask any questions you may have. I was told that you could also place an order online and just pick up.DessertI’ve tried many different items but I can recommend some to try!Wintermelon Tea- this is like the traditional wintermelon tea but it has like a roasted kind of taste to it. Pretty refreshing and not too sweet!Red Bean Milk Shaved Ice - If you love shaved ice, it’s a pretty good well mixed item. Problem with other places I have tried is that you end up eating just ice and the condensed milk is not really covered in all the areas, but they do a great job with this. This was my first time trying a shaved ice togo, but I would actually do it again, until we are all out of this pandemic.Black Sugar Boba Fresh Milk - this is pretty good if you like the “half and half” style fresh milk with boba kind of drink. I just think there was a bit too much boba ratio to the drink, but overall it was pretty good.Again, me and my family are happy this place finally opened, and I believe it is such a great location. Even the inside is spacious and looks real nice. Really can’t wait to be able to actually dine in, in the future, but for now togo is fine. Until next time!

My cousin ordered some type of rice ball tofu bowl dish. 1st time there. Its not my thing. She waited 38 minutes. When she placed her order (9/4/21) last night, the person didnt say there was going to be a lonnggg wait. She kept going up and checking her order. She finally got it. I went up to the register guy asking if they could make up for the long wait. He said Sorry there is nothing we can do for her.

The worst Meet Fresh store in the area, it takes forever to get your order done. Literally waited 45 mins for my order. I asked the associates multiple times, all they said is they are working on it, but I only saw they were chatting. No one cares about your order here.

As of right now, they are not allowing customers to dine in. They offer take out only. There are tables available outside for customers to use but make sure to clean up after yourself when you leave. You can order online to have items delivered to you via a food delivery service. You can place an order with the cashier or you can use one of the two self order kiosks. They have hand sanitizer available at the register. They have a thick piece of glass that separates you from the cashier when you are ordering at the register. They have a two way speaker microphone setup that allows you and the cashier to communicate through the thick glass barrier without any problems. At the beginning of your order, they ask you for your phone number so that they can text you when your order is ready. You cannot wait for your order in the store. You are asked to wait outside while they are preparing your order. They have a variety of toppings for you to customize your items. I really enjoy their grass jelly desserts. You get the same great taste as you would at the Meet Fresh locations in Taiwan.

New kind of dessert in a Chino Hills

Meet Fresh did meet up to the hype about boba and topping bowls. My friend and I got a Grass Jelly bowl with boba, mochi, grass jelly, and crushed ice. I like the textures in my mouth. We also go Q-Mochi which is my new favorite thing. I will get that for sure when I go back. The staff seems nice but we used self-checkout so we could take our time since this is our first time at Meet Fresh. The only reason I gave this place a 3 is because they say on the window they have WiFi and they have plugs everywhere but, they do not have public WiFi access. We were hoping to study and get boba after but ended up relocating.

Got a Red Bean Soup Signature today, so disappointed! Inside the soup, there’s not much things in it. Wondering if this is the employee training issue or just the style of this store is like that? Always went to the one in HH. before this store open in CH. and never gave this sort of disappointment

Totally satisfies the craving for Taiwanese dessert! Love the icy grass jelly with taro and ice cream!

Average taste but pricy!

The drinks at this place are pretty good. Just ran into a very rude lady when I picked up my drink today. It was around 3:30pm-4:00pm. Today is Saturday. Olive skin, dark long hair, a lot of eye make up, deep voice, and no glasses. Definitely needs basic customer service training. Rude, stingy, argumentative, and unprofessional. I read reviews from other customers and wonder if they encountered the same person. I would recommend this place to family and friends if customer service could improve.

Pricey but the drinks are good

I am very surprised to read some comments. I can definitely not compare my experience with them because I ordered online and pick up desserts. My order said it would be ready in 15 minutes and it was the case when I entered the store. Not many customers in the store at that time. My desserts were good, still to much sugar in it even I asked minimum sugar. I don’t know it it is normal for the hot one but my jelly was on the top and couldn’t see any toppings until I dig into it.

Always messing up the orders.We just order 1 item everytime, and everytime they mess it up.Last time they gave us the wrong order, this time they mess it up completely.Online order always takes forever that you might as well order in store.If you can go to the other branch, go there because this one will disappoint.

Boba isnt bad but it is practically air in your mouth. The milk sugar isnt super flavorful. There are better places around. Go to Boba Run for the best Boba in the valley. Cheaper too. This place is pricey for what you get.

Q Mochi milk shaved ice is one of our family favorites. Great new location in Chino Hills. No longer need to drive out to Irvine. Great outdoor area to relax and enjoy your desserts and drinks and outdoor lighting adds a nice ambiance in the evening. Friendly service people.

The staff are the rudest people I have encountered. I ordered on the computer and was told “go wait outside” in such a demanding and rude manner. When my order was ready, I went inside to pick it up. One item was not made so one of the staff told me to wait by the counter. About 10 minutes later, I finally received my last item. The entire order took about 30 minutes to receive. The manager was working the counter the entire time while he and his staff spoke so rudely to all the customers. I think they all need customer service training and need to realize the business needs return customers not just new ones that will never come back. With so many food options available, I will never go back to this business.

My family loves Meet Fresh. The reason I just gave three stars because I wondered if I owe the lady money or I did something wrong while ordering. Rude and unfriendly.

I love meet fresh first of all. However, I ordered the grass jelly no.5 today. It comes with nothing but 3 little ball and no boba, no taro, nothing. I wonders is this a problem of mine? Why are they treating me like this?

This place is a disgrace to Taiwan dessert. This place use a bunch of sugar to cover up for the lack of freshness in the ingredients. The manager had a horrible attitude which makes this place even worst. Rude older man with no hair, try working at chik filet. They will train you on how to be a better person so you are not so rude to customers just because you dont know how to service customers. You are in a SERVICE industry. You service customers. Be polite or get yelled at and corrected.

I just met the rudest person in the world at MeetFresh Chino Hills. First off I stood there waiting for assistance while she helped other people that would just walk in and go to the side counter. Then she would start helping her coworker who couldn’t figure out how to use their iPad ordering system. All this while I am standing there waiting for assistance. Then when she finally asked me what I would like to order she immediately asked for my phone number without explaining why, did she want to call me, did she want to stalk me, did she want to find out where I lived??? Who knows she didn’t explain till I had to ask her. Oh wow was she rude as well, you can’t miss her she is the tallest of all the counter personnel there. Then their microphone between the glass doesn’t work, the strawberry shaved ice isn’t available till she screams that they don’t offer i. Then why is it on the freaking menu!!! Overall my family and I will NEVER come here again, even my twenty something children found her behavior totally unacceptable, I truly hope the owner reads this and fires her!!!She is cashier 26001 if that helps anyone out there, they don’t wear name tags I guess because they don’t want the customers to know who these rude counter people are! Dear owner please do something about your staff!!!

Great desserts and friendly staff. Can’t wait to eat inside and enjoy the great decor although outside seating area is nice as well.

Really love the Taro ball from Meet Fresh! I always order the signature with grass jelly, grass jelly flavored ice, taro ball and the creamer. A bit disappointed with the mango milk shaved ice. Mango is super sour & the strawberry too…I have to say that the taro balls of the fresh taro fairy are really delicious. I like to order its signature. There are immortal grass, immortal ice, taro balls and creamer balls. It is a pity that my favorite mango ice, this time The mangoes are not very tasty. Apart from being very sour, the strawberries are also very sour. Those who like to eat sour may like it. I ordered the new menu matcha smoothie today. But there was no matcha at all, it was all ice. It seems that the staff are not very good at making new menus. It took a long time longer than usual before calling me. Besides, at the time, my mother and I were the only ones in the store. A little disappointed, I ate a pile of ice for $13.Something that doesnt happen to me normallyI hope this time it’s just a new employee who doesn’t know how to make a new menu

The signature red bean soup I ordered is the same as water, no red beans or taro. This shop cant come again
