Theres such a variety in the store and the prices are reasonable. You can find many things for kitchen, crafts, sewing, house and garden fancies. They have really nice fabric designs as well. Its too bad they dont offer the coupon anymore. The displays give you cool ideas how to decorate.

One of there items had two different prices. When I asked the lady at the register to honor the cheaper price she told me she had to charge me both different prices. I had to ask for a manager.

I usually shop here for Christmas & random birthdays. The store has a lot of items especially for Christmas. They also have arts & crafts like you would find at Michaels or similar stores. Its just your preference as a lot of store space is dedicated to decor for rooms & bathrooms.

Hobby Lobby is filled with aisles of home decor, craft and art supplies. I love this store because it is filled with all my favorite things. It takes me hours to go through the entire store because I am mesmerized by how much there is to see. I find going with a mission is the best and finding a sales associate to help you. The employees are so nice and willing to help.

I usually have a great experience here.. but today was horrible.. I couldnt get anyone to help me.. they closed a line while people were in it so we had to move lines behind customers that came after us..then they reopened the line..made no sense. I feel like the previous manager isnt there.. had a totally different vibe.. 😢

My husband and I had never been here. We loved it. My husband found something to add to his collection (Coca-cola fan) and I found this wonderful LED kiss light to add to my makeup area.

This store has more in stock than other locations. The only downfall is the lines get long. But the service is excellent Cary does the best picture framing.

Everyone in they Chino Hills Hobby Lobby was extremely kind and helpful. A special recognition to Kevin for helping me choose frames for the 8x10s that I brought in with me. I avoid this Home Goods, if possible. There is a supervisor who is ALWAYS rude. Her customer service skills are non-existent. I cant comprehend how she is a supervisor. She is NOT helpful nor pleasant when speaking to people, not just me, other customers as well. If a product is damaged/ broken I may purchase it at a discount and fix it, if I really like it. She will NOT discount items, if asked to, that are damaged; therefore, I dont purchase the item and, moreover, I avoid this store location, it being my local store. Dont know what happened to customer service here? I would be upset if I were the owner losing money due to poor customer service from a supervisor.

The lines were very long. No social distancing at all. I got in a line and it took close to 40 minutes to get to the teller. Sometime, the line never moved although the ones on either side seemed to. I had only 4 items, 3 of which were jewelry making items. They were supposed to be 50% off. She looked up every single one of them. I had one item (non jewelry) at full price and presented a coupon to be applied to it ($11.99). She applied it to the $4.99 item and I had her correct it. When I walked out of the store, I realized that she had charged me full price on one of the discounted items. Not willing to go back in and ask for my refund.

The store has Christmas and Halloween year round, whats not to like?! Also, unicorns? Oh yeah! We got most items for an upcoming party here and then I got lost in all the other areas that offered seemingly endless goods for every hobby.

Went to get go get my 1st painting framed for the first time. Had no idea what I was doing or what to do. Went to the back where I was instructed by the front reps. Was easily met by another person who broke it all down to for me. Custom framing does take a week which wasnt what I was looking for. I needed something quick & easy peasy. He showed me to the regular frames section. I picked out a frame on sale $8 he told me since my paper canvas wax uneven, that Ill need a boarding around it which didnt cost much either. Total cost for framing came out to $23 which was right up my alley with next day pickup only bc I came in late into the afternoon. Had I came in the morning it could of been done sooner. Best gift I could given anyone! With the great help of Hobby Lobby & the prices!

This store was ok. Not really well stock with items on the wall and the employees really dont give such a friendly atmosphere. They seem bothered or just not interested in giving a welcoming mood. I was barely lucky to find what I was looking for. Also Ive noticed a few employees just huddling around talking to each other. Very least likely to return... maybe just to this location.

Five for the merchandise selection. Zero stars for the customer service. I was shopping with my daughter and we notice 3 workers basically stalking this young women. One of them almost ran into me trying to see which isle she went into. It made us so uncomfortable and when we told the cashier she dismissed my comments. Ive lived in Chino hills my whole life and had never been in a store that overtly profiled someone based on their appearance.

Youll find a HUGE assortment of household accessories to add that finishing touch to your home. One could get lost in here. The prices can get a bit steep, but Hobby Lobby offers coupons via email. They also have quite a bit of their items at 50 % off, which is fantastic. I was disappointed to stop by one Sunday after church, but then remembered that the founder has chosen to honor that day, which is a good thing.
