First 85 Degrees store that had everything I can possibly look for. Especially the hard to find pork sung bread. Place is well stocked. Service was great and prompt. Bakery items were consistent and well marked.The area is being remodeled so so be aware of the construction and barriers in place.

Most amazing fresh delicious delightful appetizing tastebud-crushing baked treats youll ever find!! Milk toast! Omg and the garlic bread !! Crazy flavor. Also got a iced milk tea it was just as great! Location is really nice. It is inside of a huge shopping center and is not too crowded but Im sure they can get a little pack because its such a popular bakery! This has to be the most organized and clean looking business of any sort Ive ever been inside of. I enjoy the whole experience from the front door to the register and appreciate the effort put into these fine baked goods! I will definitely be back every chance I get believe me my kids love these snacks.

To gurantee the cake of your choice call ahead for them to save for you especially during holidays. I recommend the mango cake.

After my Thanksgiving morning activities with the XtraKredit Feed The IE project, I needed to get a gift for my mom, and I know one of her favorite cafes is this spot, 85C Bakery Cafe that is near her work at the Kaiser Lab. I was surprised to find that they were not that busy and I was able to walk into the bakery cafe that had no crowd. I managed to get a snack for myself and purchased 2 $20 gift cards that I would give to my mom, as her birthday gift, and I kept the 2 limited-edition mugs.The way I write reviews is that I evaluate businesses based on “the experience,” “the safety,” and “the people.” The experience was awesome in that the set up of the cafe is pretty open and there is a clear direction of where things are and a clear presentation of the products in front of me. The safety measures were in place due to the Covid-19 pandemic since there was an “in” door and an “out” door to prevent cross-traffic, as well as readily available hand sanitizer. The people, especially the Supervisor-on-Duty Ryan, promoted a positive energy in which they handled guests with a consistent “vibe” is what I say.Before taking any of the photos I posted, I asked permission from Ryan the Supervisor, and he was all for it.Thank you to the 85C Bakery Cafe team for allowing me not only to purchase a gift for my mom but also to take photos that are really worth a 1000 words and I just want to write a few 100 of them.- R•O•N

Has been coming here for years but they are currently on renovation. Breads still fresh every time but some are not as great anymore, Im probably getting tired of eating the same bread over and over .... but still good bread.

Wow, the Salted Caramel Coffee, both hot and cold is just too damn good, absolutely destroys anything Starbucks puts out. Pastries are still great but they dont announce Fresh Bread anymore when bringing it out from the kitchen. You can tell the breads and pastries have been sitting a bit now opposed to when they first opened but still really good. The garlic french and the other garlic bread are my favorites to take home and make a sandwich.

This place is truly outstanding. It has some of the best pastries, baked goods, and assorted cookies, and all the other kinds of treats you could possibly desire. The food is really tasty and the customer support is very friendly and the lines are not usually that long of a wait. I highly recommend coming here for your treats. It also has outdoor patio seating as well as indoor table seating.

Love this location. Its always super busy but they get you thru the line fast. Dont be alarmed if the line is out the door. This location is currently under construction but still open.

There are only 3 Gluten-free options here. Such a diverse store, based off Taiwanese baked goods, I wish I could partake in their flavors but regrettably anyone sensitive to Gluten or Celiac cannot enjoy. For what it’s worth, everything looked delicious, bathrooms were clean.

This is my favorite location. Its very spacious, selection is great and the staff is amazing. They are constantly bringing out fresh bread. There is enough tables for you to sit down, enjoy the bread/cakes without feeling the pressure that you need to hurry up because someone else is waiting for tables. My go to bread is the taro puff pastry and jasmine tea with sea salt. I recently discovered the multigrain sliced bread and its amazing for avocado toast. SO DELICIOUS!!!!I highly recommend this bakery if you are looking for great cakes, fresh bread and amazing teas.

This Bakery/Coffee/Tea/Breakfast Everything you could ever desire in one place. I didnt know what to do.... I wanted one of everything in there. The prices are fair to a tad bit high. Nothing outrageous. But I saw some prices that I thought were a great deal. Customer service was good- it was busy when I went. The gentleman who helped me was awesome. I havent tasted anything yet - Im looking forward to it. Everything looks great!

Loved always yummy bread and tea

I absolutely love 85° its so worth a trip here. The earlier the better for variety, but everything is delicious. You honestly cant go wrong. I randomly stopped by before closing and, the selection was a lot less but still worth it. My friend tried it for the first time and had their mind blown on its deliciousness. Will go back and post pics in an update!

All the baked goods are already packaged now. They also control the amount of ppl in the store. We might have came in on a rare day, but their credit card machines were down so it was cash only so bring cash just in case

An Intriguing array of pastries to try out. Its very nice when the baker comes from the kitchen and all the workers chant Fresh Bread! Customer service has gotten better.

We love this bakery. Its a self serve style when it comes to the bread, but as far as the cakes and dessert cups, youll have to get in line to order it (which you would need to do anyway to pay for your items). Their milk tea & guava slush are delicious. All their locations are usually busy so be ready to wait just a little. If they tend to run out of the pastry that you want, you could call it in ahead of time but theres a minimum dollar amount.

Always delicious! Love the bakery items, especially the ham and cheese rolls and milk puddings. Favorite drinks are caramel sea salt iced coffee, thai tea, peach green tea, and mango peach smoothie. Theres usually a line out front, but it moves quickly, always worth the wait!

A modern upscale restaurant bakery serving an excellent selection of Danish, breads, rolls and coffee. Comfortable seating inside and outside. Wheelchair accessible. Easy parking.

This bakery knows how to stay open during hard times and follow guidelines. Each piece of of bread is individually wrapped and displayed ahead of time. The bread is soft, fluffy and baked to perfection. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. I highly recommend this specific location.

Pretty disappointing experience tonight. The employee running the register seemed generally annoyed. They got my order wrong, nbd, but they said I’d have to get back in line to pay 50¢ since they didn’t charge it correctly the first time. No apology or any typical courtesy.Been going to 85 for years, have never had an interaction like this there before. It was weird. Going to stick with the Fullerton or Hacienda Heights locations.

Only 4 stars. When they first opened this location, it was always full of delicious baked treats and breads. Now they dont offer as many items, including my favorite Bread. Maybe its covid restrictions, but something is missing... oh yeah, my fruit and nut bread. Still good, in any case. Also Beautiful cakes and tarts. Enjoy

Excellent service from my phone requesting information to checking out after the service. All of the staff I came in contact with was friendly and did not try to upsell. If Chick-fil-A sold tires, they do it like this. Very efficient.

5 stars for the food. Its amazing! Seriously good. The 3 star is for the dangerous outlet in the store. My nephew kicked this outlet in the photo, it made a huge spark, a loud noise and then smelled like ozone. Im honestly shocked my nephew isnt hurt. This live wire outlet is extremely dangerous and should be fixed before someone kicks it with a chair and gets electrocuted.

Love their various kinds of bread, cake and sea salt coffee, which only costs $0.85 on Mondays. Almost always have to wait in line for a couple minutes though. Show your military ID and get 10% off!

We were introduced to this place by epicurean friends of ours. This was several years ago and my wife still makes the trip a few times per month. The pastries are delicious. Our family loves the round chocolate filled ones. These are even better when heated for a couple of seconds in the microwave.

Super delicious yummy treats! The pastries are incredibly soft and delectable. I wish the cheesecake slices were a bit bigger Im definitely not a big eater so trust me when I say its a tiny slice but non the less still great tasting. Service was quick and they seem to restock often. The prices are a bit more the the quality justifies the prices. I really enjoyed it and look forward on going back again and again!

This 85°C is biggest one weve been to. The food is what youd expect from other 85°C. That means its pretty good. The selection is great. The pastries are generally less sweet than American style pastries. Service is also very good.I also ordered a coffee. On this particular day, the place was crowded. It took a good 10 minutes to get my coffee. I wish they could do what Starbucks does and expedite orders of simple hot coffee since its literally as simple as pouring coffee into a cup. It shouldnt take 10 minutes for the wait...

One of the best bakeries I’ve ever been to! We bought 6 different pastries and the bread was incredibly soft and so tasty. Every pastry was perfect! I tried the mini cheese custard and the milk buns and they were so delicious! 😋 I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for inexpensive pastries.

Love 85!! Great pastries and breads, fantastic drinks. The rewards program is totally worth it if youre a frequent buyer. Glad they changed the recipe back for the cream cheese brioche.

Delicious bakery. Went there at 9pm, most of the breads were sold out so I didn’t take a look but I bought some cakes. Felt in love with their mocha coffee cake which was super tasty. The employee was very nice to me and added a birthday chocolate on one of my cake. The only two negatives sides are the noise and the mess ( a little clean could be nice on the tables).

Dont go to enjoy their delicious food that often but its always worth going

The cakes, desserts and Boba are delicious. The Boba texture is perfect. I ordered the Ice Mountain Green Tea with Boba. I liked the freshness of the tea and the unique drink options. The Black Forest Cake and the Sponge Cakes are spongey and delicious. If I want a quick snack, I will get a chocolate filled pastry bread. You can see them making everything in the kitchen and the cakes are decorated beautifully.

My favorite bakery. Love all their baked goods especially the chocolate cookie bun. Its out favorite. I havent seen anything similar to it in any of its competitor. A great gift to give when visiting family and friends. I especially love to serve on office seminars, meetings and breakfast. I always receive nice complements each time.

The only asian franchise bakery in the area so it maintains its business. The best pastry is the blueberry cream buns and the brioche. How they practice safety measures against covid is a bit questionable though.

The place used to be a bit cleaner.. I guess more people heard about it and another good review isnt gonna help but I have to do it anyway... its good. quality bread and pastries is what youll find here... of course there are some fatty entrees but mostly theyll be much lighter than your typical American pastry shop.

This Hong Kong inspired bakery is one of the best places for Chinese style pastries and drinks. Everything is always fresh and tasty. I like that most items are not that sweet. The drinks are also fresh and tasty, made to order. One thing is that their A/C was not working well the day I visited.

[disappointed]I always love the cake, however, when I was picking up a birthday cake today, I didn’t have a very good experience. I was treated very differently than other customer. The service guy gave me the cake saying “here you go” without asking if I want any writing or anything, so that asked “could I have wiring on it?” He said yes and let people put writing on the cake. In the mean time when I was waiting for my birthday cake writing to be prepare, he delivered another two birthday cakes for another customer, however, he also give them candles and plates, but he didn’t do it for my cake and even never asked me that. And I asked “could I also have candles and plates?” He just grabbed some candle put into the bag and leaving me put all my other cakes together, while he was doing that, he didn’t smile at all as he did to the other customer. While I was smiling to him when he was smelling to the other customer. Besides, I paid the whole price for the cake. I don’t know if this is because of race since I’m Asian and the other customer is Hispanic same as the service guy. I hope not. And I’m not saying that, it’s just one of my guess and it could be wrong. Overall, it’s bad to be treated differently.

Good products and great service

Come here or any other location near my house once in a while.. the bread and pastries are delicious! Its reasonably priced given the high quality and also tried the tiger latte boba drink... it was great! I always end up filling up a tray... they add up quickly and before you know it, easy $20 but well worth it. My wife and kids love it when I come home with a box full of assortments of sweet bread and pastries.

I have gone several times to buy something special for our Bible Study family and have always had great service everyone working there are great l give them a 10 and your five star rating their sweets are the best and yummy to the tummy.

Got some delicious treats, many of which just came out fresh. I also tried the coffee for the first time, an iced cafe latte, which was so tasty!

The staffs pretty nice. They dont mind being asked plenty of questions. I got the marble taro drink and it was amazing. The breads are fresh. I got the Brioche, pretty good, milky tasting bread.

This place is great! However, make sure that you have money to spend since this place can get expensive! There is a wide variety of dessert available for selection and most of them are sweet. Many salty breads are available too! The only downside is that this place doesnt offer any spicy foods, so make sure to bring your own picante sauce. The atmosphere of the place is nice and provides a nice eatery. The service is good and the waiter announce whenever fresh bread is being served.
