Im a frequent shopper at Boot Barn. When I walked in, I was told that I had to wear a mask. I have no problem wearing a mask, but I realize that I was the only one that had to wear a mask and coincidentally the only Hispanic. There were about 10 other customers that didnt have to wear a mask and the lady that told me that I had to wear a mask, walked a lady and her daughter with no mask on to the dressing room. I really felt discriminated.

Great stuff but not for us xlarge people

Great place to shop. So many styles of boots and hats. I even found vintage style cap guns that my kids love. So many items at the register that I couldnt help but buy some candy for my sweet tooth. Ill definitely head back because their staff was so nice, speak with Andrew if you stop by and tell em Big John sent ya.

Fun place for buying cowboy/ cowgirl boots 👢,clothing or just random clothing

Chino Hills, CA location on a Thursday afternoon is so chill... I went into the store to pick up an online order (I highly recommend online order delivery to store because you get $20 to spend in the store). I was able to try on my boots while there. I also found out that the store does boot stretching and all that good stuff if your boots need it. My boots fit perfectly, but thats good to know. The customer service was great. The store location was clean and orderly. The music was on point. I was able buy a couple of other cute shaws. Happy shopper here! Ill be back. I recommend that yall swing on by this location and see for yourself.

THIS EMPLOYEES NAME IS ANDREW. HE DEFINETLY HAS A SENSE OF FASHION. HE HELPED ME PICK OUT MY BOOTS, THE SOLES, AND THE PROTECTOR FOR THE BOOTS FOR MAINTAANCE I WILL POST THE PRODUCTS LATER ON BUT WORTH THE MONEY. IN TOTAL I SPENT $300 THIS WILL BE WORTH IT LATER ON IT IS CALLED INVESTING FOR THE FURTURE BASICALLY THESE PRODUCTS WILL LAST AWHILE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. One of the bigger and better boot barns. They have pretty much every boot stocked to the gills. Conveniently located by a few freeways. You can never go wrong here, especially if you are looking for work boots. They are extremely helpful and are very knowledgeable about the footwear and other items they sell. I like this place.

Love Boot Barn, this is the only place to buy boots. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Was a great experience and I only spent 30 minutes there to get exactly what I wanted.

Store fully stocked great customer service!

Just picked up two pairs of thorogood boots yesterday for myself and husband, 10 minutes of wearing them at work and I hear and feel a clicking in the sole... will they let me return a worn defective boot?

Staff was super. This was my first time here and they kept asking if I needed help granted some people might take that offensively but I sure dont. Felt like the staff there actually care about there customers. I didnt end up buying any boots that being said that isnt theyre fault.

Bought a pair of boots here because they told me they would do the warranty on them for 18 months. 8 months later boots have hole in them and they tell me I have to contact the boot company directly.
