Purchased an i10 bed, got a mattress pad that needed to return, brought it to the store as I was told by phone rep. Matthew tells me he cant do anything unless authorized, calls the call center and hands me the phone, points for that. Call center refuses to let me return at the store, says it can only be done by shipping label. Ask for label to be sent while Im on the phone and Im told it takes up to 24 hours. You would think for a customer that spent $10,000 on bed set up, that sleep number employees could somehow figure out how to accept the return from me in person and return it to inventory but apparently its wiser to have your customer run around and use a 3rd party shipper. Embarrassing and bad customer service.Update 8/2/19. I appreciate the gesture of the response even though it was to little and to late. Firstly, why is my fault that I acted in good faith on information given to me by a sleep number employee? Secondly, while I can certainly appreciate used bedding items being non-returnable for hygiene reasons my packaged was sealed and unused in original packaging. Thirdly, they obviously are returnable because the phone rep sent me a label to return it. Fourthly, given the size of my order, it was in the best interest sleep number to be proactive and offer me solutions rather than being paralyzed by lack of initiative. I refuse to believe that if a sleep number employee had to send internal inventory back to a sleep number warehouse that their protocol is to take their personal vehicle to the nearest FedEx/UPS store.
In our recent visit to this store Lyllioune was so great! She made us feel like we were in our own home. She explained to us all of the benefits of each of the different beds and made sure we found the one that was best for us. Now we are just waiting for it to arrive! Thank you Lyllioune!!
I like the way they treat customers. They truly take the time to make sure you have all the options in purchasing their products. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Although we already have our bed that we love so much, they gave us the time to purchase the stuff that we would love. We also love the color of the bedding we purchased.

I had a great experience at the Chino location. Lillyon was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect pillow based on my neck and shoulder pain. She never made me feel pressured and was delightful and funny, all while being extremely helpful. Now I cant wait to get my new bed!Stacy T

This store location and company have no concept of customer service. I have been trying to get my bed since August which its now December, so for over 4 months and still no bed. They claim their new computer system was the cause but when you call the store or customer service no one had a clue. I was first told that I didnt order a bed, then I was told about the computer problems, then I was told they sold more C2 beds than anticipated and they cannot meet demand. I paid $5,500.00 and that is the best they can do. I contacted sleep number for a refund and they are looking into it. Im just going to call Citibank and do it myself. Save yourself the frustration and purchase a different type of bed. If you have to have a Sleep number use a different store location the Chino Hills, you will be glad you did. Avoid Laura at costs she is incompetent. Good luck!
