Grade A customer service! Very clean customer waiting area. I also appreciated the mechanic taking the time to answer additional general questions regarding my vehicle. Most importantly they are willing to work with you and honest making your experience stress free and smooth. Will definitely be coming back again and referring to everyone I know!

Had my Jeep for 3 days. Was called on the third day to come and pick it up as he could not fix it. More like would not fix it. More like would not fix it. It seems as if he is about to close shop without paying his employees or vendors. Found out he fired all but one tech. Avoid this place at all cost as he is about to skip town!!!

I only called to get a quote on my car repair but Christian was very kind and very willing to help and answer any of the questions I had. Definitely would trust this auto center.

Charlie is by far one the sweetest and most genuine, honest mechanics I have ever met. He is reliable, has amazing customer service is honest about his diagnostics on every vehicle he works on. He truly is a pro at what he does, and has his customers best interest at heart. You will never find a more dependable, honest, hard working, affordable and quick mechanic anywhere else! This is definitely the best auto care shop I have been too or experienced! I just looked up Charlie on Yelp and from all the good reviews he got I figured I would go to him to help me. And boy did he help me! More than help me! My engine was shot due to my own mistake and he helped me out more than I could thank him for. He is an awesome person, extremely helpful and kind to all customers, and gave me a great deal on fixing my car, considering Im a poor college student! Although I wish my car didnt break down, Im thankful I found a great mechanic to fix my car! Couldnt be more thankful for Charlie and all the hard working people that work with him! My car is working great! Highly recommended!!!!!!!

I have been going to Charlies Auto Center for a year now and I absolutely love the quality and quickness of the service here! I have used Charlies for Oil changes, brake replacements, and starters and I am always impressed with the service. 10/10 would always recommend for all your auto services!

Excellent service at Charlie’s. I had taken my car to Firestone for a thermostat replacement along with an oil change and they quoted me $577 which included 477 in labor. I knew a thermostat replacement would be around $200. I then searched and found Charlie around the corner and Charlie was very helpful and quoted me around $250 including the oil change. I will never take my car back to firestone. It makes me wonder how much more they charged me in the past.

My experience here was great. I got rear ended and took my Odyssey in. Carlie set a good expectation ahead with me that there might be some extra costs if they find additional issues once they start. I understood that. I picked up my car today and no additional problems were found. The cost was right what they estimated. I had a great experience with the staff and my van looks new again!

Came here because I wanted to help out local mom and pop type shops. Horrible experience. I was told they can fix anything, even my hybrid batter issue. I specifically told them my error, and they said they said to come in and we will fix it. If we cant fix it, we wont charge you. Got there, got charged 99 for diagnosis to go to the dealer as your car should still be under warranty. Yeah, they will charge you a second diagnostic fee, but it is worth it because your car is under warranty. If thats the case, why did I even go to you? Secondly, car had 3 other issues, that was not properly diagnosed, that they did not note in my issues. They pretty much started the car, plug in the device for the error code. then told me the code issue, for $99. If they were able to fix it, then different story. But they werent, as ita a hybrid batter issue. Forth, they said I had a sensor issue and wanted to charge me $350 for the repair. Second diagnosis from Toyota quoted $290. Im not going to fix 1/2 my car at one location, and then take it to another location for the second half of the repair. How is it that a local shop is more expensive than the dealer?

I read this last review and that is what first got me to call Charlies Auto Center. I have to say that it was nothing but the truth. I am very mechanically inclined myself and its very hard to win my trust when it comes to a mechanic. I was having problems with my Porsche Cayenne and the dealership was going to charge me over $1500 in parts. So I found Charlie on Google read the review and gave him a shot. I described the problem to him over the phone since I knew a little about what was going on, he instantly sent a tow-truck over to my house and ordered parts right away. By the time my car arrived at his location he had the replacement part in his hands. I arrived a few hours later in amazement that he was so on point and he kept a spotless garage.He talked me through the problem that I was having and gave me options. Telling me that he was going to try to fit what was broken with the new part that he had ordered. He also told me if all his efforts were unsuccessful we would have to buy a full driveshaft. So I was really glad to see that he was on my side, that is really truly important when it comes to a mechanic. Really happy at this point that I chose Charlie, even though my problem was far from over I was very reassured that the problem was in great hands. I got a call back from Charlie and he told me that he was unable to fix the part due to me driving on it too long after the issue accrued. Which was something he told me right off the bat so it was no surprise. He then told me looked into getting me parts from another German parts seller and it would be a few hundred dollars cheaper but same quality and same warentee. I was so glad that he was looking out for me.. Again more options, great guy! And looking out for his customer. My Cayenne is now fixed I also had him do a oil change, he told me he looked over the whole car to make sure everything looked good. I will be a continued customer for life, from just this one experience I know I have found my shop to go. I am very happy with the communication and the superior service that I experienced. I used to be a dealership only guy... Not anymore! Charlies Auto Center is where I will be taking my wifes car, my Porsche and all my project cars. What else can I say, I am really glad I have found a quality mechanic I can trust! Thank You Charlie!!

Charlie has been servicing my families cars for ten years now. He has worked on my sons 79 VW bus, 97 Mitsubishi 3000gt, 2004 Mazda MX-5, and 2003 Honda S2000. As a car guy myself I know to be weary of mechanics and all their slimy antics. However, Charlies shop is everything you wished for yet never expected. He is a good man, his guys do solid work, and he doesnt rake you over the coals on price. Furthermore if you are particular about your fluids and filters that go onto your car he is more than willing to help. Whether you have an air cooled VW, daily beater, or a sports car charlies shop will take good care of your baby and wallet.Seriously dont waist your time at a Jiffy lube where they will ruin your oil pan by over torquing the drain nut, nor get your wallet emptied at a dealer. Cmon down to Charlies.
