I Went to public storage. I had a bunch of questions, that I didn’t know. I wanted to prepare myself before I got a unit. Jessly and Sal helped me with my questions and also showed me some storage units. I didn’t get a unit, but I really like their personality and customer service.

Great customer service. Jessly and Sal were very helpful also incredibly friendly and flexible with our check-in time. The storages units were so clean and well organized .They made the moving process way easier and recommend this Public Storage location. Its also right across the street from U-Haul, so getting a moving truck is super convenient.

Customer service was impeccable, Jessly made the process so easy and smooth. Definitely will continue using this location.

I rarely ever write any reviews but I have dealt with multiple storage places and this is by far the best one so I feel the need to give them the recognition they deserve. Joselin made the entire moving process extremely easy for me, had the right answers to all my questions whether it was through the phone or in person. I move around a lot and I am very picky as to where I store things I can’t keep in my living area. There staff is great, and the location was very convenient for me. I wish a lot of places were as easy and hassle free as this location. Would recommend it to anyone.

I visited a different location about a month or two ago and they were good, however I recently moved so I decided to move my belongings to this location due to it being closer. The transition went smoothly thanks to Jesly. Thank you for your help!

I would like to share the Professionalism, Patients, Considerate and Very Helpful. In my need of duress calling around different storage facilities the Customer Service and unrelated prices from the web to the facility were horrendous. When I reached out to Facility #27321 I was truly Blessed and the two young ladies were EXCELLENT. With the communication between the both of them was Superb (speaking to one on the phone and working with the other one in the office) my transaction went very smooth. All of my issues and concerns were resolved.

Jessly had great customer service and made my move in super quick and easy. All of my questions were answered I am very happy with the service from this location.

Easily accessible on Chillum Road in Hyattsville.Smooth online and on-site process. Jeslie(?) was helpful and had a can-do attitude. Temperature-controlled building, so items less likely to be damaged from heat or moisture. Units are not the least expensive around, but a good value.Carts available to move things. Was not very busy. Easy to access elevator and unit. Restroom is clean, in case pitstop is needed. Good security. Gate code is necessary.

I’m a longtime customer of many years and have found the staff responsive and friendly. With the postal delays during the holidays, my December check did not arrive until February. Once my account became overdue, Keyera helped me set up the auto pay on the app and settle my account. Weeks later she called to tell me that my check (which I had stopped payment) had finally arrived. I appreciate her friendly and professional customer service.

First time using a storage unit, and the guys were SUPER helpful and patient. Easiest transaction ever. Xander was very easy to talk to and very informative. I feel very comfortable with my belongings in this unit. its safe and CLEAN. The same guys working the counter are sweeping and cleaning around the building.

I have had a great experience with Ron and Public Storage. He was so helpful and so accommodating during the reservation process. He even let me adjust the move-in date to 10 days earlier than original with only 24 hours notice! He never got impatient or bothered by my changes and questions. Then at check-in, he was so friendly and helpful. His customer service was amazing and Im so happy I chose to rent at this Public Storage location. Proximity to the Metro is just a bonus to the great service I received.

There is not only Great Prices for this area but Amazing customer service at this Public Storage location. Cassie and Ron were extremely helpful from the time one of passengers in my vehicle had to quickly use the bathroom.. Ron escorted him right away to the restroom while I walked inside to the office and met with Cassie the woman I spoke with on the phone about my reservation. She showed the the unit, and I confirmed this was the size I needed. She explained all insurance, and rules about rent and other topics and I additionally agreed and signed the lease. I came within 10 minutes of closing and even though this is not recommended for anyone to do I so appreciated her handling my request in such short notice when I have to move tomorrow.Cassie also threw in a “damp kit” which protects your furniture and various items from mold or moisture locking in. I appreciate that dearly as most of what I am moving in is furniture. Everyone if you want a good price in the DMV for a Storage Unit and customer service with employee’s with good attitude that aren’t just worried about upselling the biggest unit.. then PUBLIC STORAGE is the place you should go to. they helped me with exactly what I needed.Thanks Cassie and Ron, and The Public Storage Team!
