The worst CVS around. Most of the employees are extremely rude. Rarely more than 1 line open. The pharmacy is slow. Limited products.I absolutely hate going here but its the only one with photo service in the area.Make sure you go (if you must) well before they close unless you want to be rushed and openly disrespected. Cant believe after all these years corporate continues to let this location stay open.
Good luck getting through to the pharmacy by phone. I cant count how many hours Ive wasted listening to their abysmal hold music
The pharmacy at this location is a joke. I had my prescription sent to this location due to its proximity to my home but they are apparently incapable of filling a simple birth control order. After having my nurse contact them multiple times, I went in to finally pick up only to be told that their system is down and their trying to get in touch with tech support. They told me to either try again in a few hours or go to another location.
Love ❤️ fast service my favorite cvs ✌🏻😛 excellent cashier
The pharmacy is absolutely awful, it’s such a shame because they are conveniently located to my house, but EVERY single time I get a prescriptions sent to this location there is an issue. Today after waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes I finally arrive at the counter to find out they haven’t yet filled my order that had been placed over 4 hours earlier, and that I’d have to wait 30 more minutes because the pharmacist had to administer vaccines. Something needs to be done about the inefficiencies that exist at this location. And don’t get me started on the “customer service” provided by the staff throughout the rest of the store.
I got to the pharmacy at 9am today to avoid the long lines and crazy wait times that plague this location but when I got there I was informed the pharmacist was running late and I get it it happens. At 9:10 the pharmacist finally got behind the counter opened then immediately went elsewhere meanwhile the phone has been ringing since 9am at 9:12 I was helped intitially by the pharmacy assistant and then I had to wait for my prescription to be filled because its not eligible for auto fill, again thats fine it normally just takes a second. It took more than 5 mins and Im still the only one there . At 9:23 when I left they still hadnt answered the phone. It was really annoying to see someone come in late and then not act with any sense of urgency or apology to make up for it .
The service was horrible after for days of trying to get my subscription only to be told that won’t be delivered and that I have to go to another cvs it was very bad
My review is directed solely at the cashier who helped us twice, I believe her name is Jessica. We were in on the evenings of October 17 and 22, 2018, and she was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. If all people were more like Jessica this world would be a better place. My husband, son, and I think Jessica deserves a raise and a promotion! Thanks Jessica for making our visit to the D. C. area a bit nicer.
Great pharmacy! Helpful, attentive and patient staff who give the extra effort each time I am there. I really appreciate them.
One of the few historic landmarks that remains in the area. . .Once upon a time this CVS used to have really good customer service at the pharmacy ... these days you need to make sure you bring a nice and thick book so you read while you wait.Im not sure what went wrong w. the IVR system (basically a the system that calls to remind you that your Rx is waiting for you or that you need to refill) but it calls several times during the same day w.o the option for you to press any button to confirm your prescription is actually ready, or if you have any questions. I tried calling 5 times this week to inform them that the settings on their IVR are off whack but no one answered so I hang up after 5 minutes.I wish the franchise owner would send some mystery shoppers this way, their location is gold (mostly families live in this area) but they treat their customers like :poop:
Today I was at the pharmacy STR#1436. The whole experience was above and beyond all my expectations. The people at the Pharmacy dispatch my medication very quick and after that I walked the aisles and found some chocolates. The lady at the cash register was very professional and with a very nice personality. Even found a little discount on my purchases. So I am glad I was there today. The cashier’s name is: Ayana. I want to thank her for such a wonderful shopping experience at the place.
The rating is specifically for the pharamacy. They are an absolute mess, a staff member will say one thing and then completely turn it around with something else. The pharmacist looks like she doesn’t care and the staff needs to take a step further and actually provide good customer service. If you show even a hint of dissatisfaction they will get snappy at you, I will be changing pharmacies. Do not waste your time going there.
Unfriendly dishonest employees. 2 days ago I went into this CVS with my mother to get passport photos. The woman was clearly not happy but took them anyway. We asked for 4, we were charged for 4 but only received 2. When I went back into the store to get 2 more copies, I proceeded to watch the same woman go from station to station trying to get the camera memory card to work. It wouldn’t.The woman then went to another employee and talked for a second, then came back and told me “he deleted them she has to come back in”I wasn’t going to argue with her, I just left. I’ll never go back there.
I’ve been going to this cvs for 15+ years always had good experiences, other than recently one of your employees tried to accuse me of stealing and checked my purse. I walked in to buy makeup and didn’t find the item I was looking for so I just left. Even though she wasn’t rude about it, I didn’t appreciate it and no other employees have ever asked to check my bag before and it was offensive. You shouldn’t do this to your customers unless you have an actual reason to suspect them of stealing
Horrible experience!!! Called and was left on hold for 46 minutes, I had to give up. I could hear them picking up the line to immediately put me back on hold. Didnt even have the courtesy to ask me to hold.
Takes over an hour on hold to call in a prescription and when I have Ive been hung up on. Prescription isnt ready upon arrival. Long wait lines in store.
I Went in to buy one item yesterday around 2 pm then went to the cashier to pay. She didnt even greet me look at me or say anything to me. When she rang me up she just threw the item across the counter. I did not feel welcome and she looked like she didnt want to help me. I did not get a hello or good bye, anything after she rang me up. I did not get greeted at all. Never going to this cvs ever again. Please hire more professional staff. Thank you.
This cashier attendant Patricia had very bad costumer service, she yelled at the costumer before me and proceeded to give me a bad attitude when I mentioned extrabucks on my card which she did not add to my bill. After me, the costumer behind me was also treated rudely by this attendant . I think this employee would benefit from retraining. I would not go back to this location. I have never had an experience like this at a CVS. Disappointing.
Horrible customer service sat on the phone to see if my prescription was ready for an hr .Finally hung up.Never had to wait like this anywhere else
I visited over 3 days in a week for flu shots they keep telling me to come back tomorrow what a lazy staff bad customer service..i just walked to the other CVS i got shut in a minute......
Very good
My card was being charged while I wasn’t at cvs .When I called the young lady was snappy and basically said she couldn’t do nothing for me as her being the manager. Its odd my account is saying I’m being charged and I’m in my house . I hope this cvs gets it together because that’s not good for business .
Ayana, or whichever way her name is supposed to be spelled was at the counter, never greeted me, and was on the phone the whole transaction. I simply asked if a liquid body wash was buy 1 get 1 free and she snapped back that she had to process the rewards card first. I jokingly said ok I was just checking. She again snapped back that she was just responding -mind you she was still on her personal phone call. There was some mindless patronizing banter from her and I asked her her name. She gave it to me and kept insisting to get the manager involved. I knew from her smug tone that she was in fact the manager at this establishment. I declined and asked for my merchandise so I could leave. I have been working with angry patients for 15+ years and the one thing I know that helps is to never initiate and keep engaging, which is exactly what this young lady did. What kind of management training did she get where she doesnt know how to engage politely? Possibly because she was busy on the phone and was showing off her power. I never mess with a persons well-being, but her ignorance and boastfulness made me want to put it in writing. I am giving this store 1 star because I cant give it no stars. Corporate needs to look more carefully into who they hire to take leadership in their stores, even if its in a not a so great community. My brother was a manager a cvs store and ran it with pride and dedication to serving his customers. Just because its in the slums, doesnt mean the service there should be.
Its 9:06 am and they are still not open. I didnt see the pharmacist until 9:14 am.
That lil attitude having ass Ayana or whatever her name is needs a new job. She’s so unprofessional. Ewww it’s disgusting how bad her attitude is. FIX IT CVS
Spent 30 minutes of my life trying to get a hold of a pharmacist and was hung up on twice, no explanations to why smh.
Been on hold with the pharmacy for half an hour. Got me really mad.
At the night that man had bad customer services
Long lines and oblivious staff, avoid if you can.
They always holding conversations with each others and not with customers they dont greet you at the register, this store is horrible I dont even want to go back there, they really need some customer service training
