I had scheduled a pool cleaning. My wife came home to discover the pool had not been cleaned. When I called I was told that the people cleaning the pool stated there was no debris in the pool. This site will not allow me to post the pictures showing the condition of our pool. My wife went in requesting a refund. Radiant Pool refused to refund any money because they poured chemicals into the to clear up the musky water. She said they were unable to clean because they couldn’t see. Then went on to explain that the water would not clear up in just a few hours but they would be back today to do a blind sweep. When asked why the did not reschedule if they couldn’t do job properly. She wouldn’t give an answer. When my wife explained that the pool wouldn’t get cleaned if they can’t see what they are doing. The lady still refused to reschedule or refund money. When my wife got home, the guy was there. He ran over the pool with the net and then left. What happened to scrubbing the sides and vacuuming the bottom? This is their idea of a cleaning? So we spent $100 for a few chemicals to be dumped in our pool. Save your money and the hassle. Go with Dennewitz

Radiant Pool & Spa was simply amazing to work with building our fiberglass saltwater pool. Radiant Pool listened and cared about building our dream pool. We loved our new pool so much we also purchased a spa from them too. Every question or concern we had was answered and/or taken care of by Joel or his team.

We requested an inspection of the pool, on Monday there the young attendant offered to make an appointment for the same week ‘s Friday. We requested to make a phone call before stopping by. She assured it will be done.Friday came and at 10:23 am I called Radiant Pools to confirm the appointment, a young male, after indicating that they only have 2 people for appointments and one called in sick. Then this young male reassured that it will be done later on today.2:44 pm wifey called talked to a young lady and was adamant the person was detained at a job site in Chillicothe. But assured that our appointment will be next. ( she said, she tried to contact the installer, but most likely was busy finishing the job” )As I’m writing this, we have not received a call or not one as come to our address. Business dictate that a well oiled run company, will find success. By promising and not delivering, it is not an example of Good Business Conduct.

We wanted a radiant pool installed in Columbus. Radiant Pool and Spa, and Darian proved to be as good an investment as the pools themselves. We were very impressed with the product and wanted this type of pool. The dealer closest to us basically told us they would destroy our yard, we would have to move all of the dirt and remove and reinstall fencing. We just had a large hardscape patio installed without that kind of damage so we knew it could be done. We got a new quote from Radiant Pool and Spa and not only was the price more reasonable, but the guidance we received from Darian and the staff was invaluable. They were able to install the pool expertly. and without destroying our yard. It looks great. Additionally we had an issue with our pool cover at the beginning of the winter this year. Even though, the manufacturer was unwilling to warranty the cover, Darian and her manager stood behind the product and sent us a new one. I cant recommend this company highly enough. If you want the name of the Landscaper who did the site prep message me, They were exceptional as well. We were very fortunate this year to have nothing but great contractors come to our house this year, including Radiant Pool and Spa. Oh, I didnt mention that we received all of this great service, even though they are over an hour away!!
